Booked this place to have a quiet rest after touring Vietnam for 2 weeks. Mr Thao the owner and Peanut the staff are both very friendly, thank you for their hospitality. The Villa is between 2 padi fields. We took the free bikes provided to go round the padi field and to the nearby beach and had a wonderful time.

Really close to down town Hanoi , hotel room was great ,really well looked after facilities but the best was the staff. They would go above and beyond for your needs and will give you 💯 for their service . Special mention to Peanut , she is a star!

Quiet location within the rice fields but only only a short walk for many shops and restaurants. The pool at the front of the room was excellent and the garden at the rear was a good place for relaxing. The room's private outdoor shower was invigorating, The breakfast room and bar was next to the pool, for inside or outside. Peanut, the manager, suggested and arranged some attractions including the lavish outdoor "Memories" show and a private cooking class with a Chef. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, relaxing after our time in Saigon. We would visit again.
No problems and all very good. However, we would have appreciated some English channels and Netflix on the TV.

Beautifully decorated property with very helpful and friendly staff.
Really liked the location as it felt very peaceful, we enjoyed using the pool in the afternoons when it was very hot.

The Lavini was a lovely place to stay in Hoi An, the location is gorgeous, in the middle of some rice fields, a ten minute cycle from the old town and away from the road so no traffic noise.
The staff were so kind and helpful. Peanut helped us book transport and tour tickets, and even helped by speaking with some local guides in Vietnamese for us to help us book.
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the bed was soft and the view was beautiful.
We also had a fresh breakfast made for us every morning which you can eat in the garden by the pool. The beef pho was the best! Overall I'd highly recommend the Lavini as a friendly and beautiful Hoi An base with fantastic value for money. We've travelled for four months and this is one of our favourite places we stayed!

Tout était parfait : l’emplacement de l’hôtel à l’écart du tumulte du centre-ville, qui restait facilement accessible à 5 minutes à vélo (possibilité de louer des vélos via l’établissement), le confort des chambres, la piscine, le petit-déjeuner simple mais très bon, et surtout l’incroyable gentillesse et disponibilité de Peanut, la responsable de l’établissement, qui a été d’une grande aide pendant notre séjour ! Peanut parle parfaitement l’anglais, ce qui rendait la communication facile. En bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

Lovely location right next to the rice fields. There are bikes you can borrow for free. Peanut made sure that we made the most of our stay and made amazing coffee! All the staff were lovely. The few members of staff who didn't speak English all made us feel welcome in their own way. Breakfast was excellent and gives you the opportunity to try some Hoi An specialities. The room had everything you needed.

Moderne, bequeme, saubere Unterkunft. Tolle Gastgeber und Gastgeberin. Hilfsbereit und viele Tips für Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Lage im Reisfeld ist wunderschön und trotzdem nah (ca 1,3 km) am Zentrum. Wir ernähren uns vegan. Uns wurde extra was fürs Frühstück gekocht. Es gab verschiedene Nudel-Suppen an den 3 Tagen, die mega lecker waren.
Zimmer roch modrig. Wurde durch die Benutzung der Klimaanlage aber besser.

De locatie is super! Dichtbij het oude centrum en makkelijk te fietsen naar het strand.
Peanut is fantastisch. Ze heeft alles gedaan om ons verblijf zo fijn en goed mogelijk te maken. Ze heeft ons goed geholpen met boeken van kook workshop, taxi, fietsen etc. We zijn nog 2 dagen langer gebleven omdat het zo’n fijne plek is. Dankjewel voor het fijne verblijf!

Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et souriant !

Very comfortable rooms and beds, very friendly staff - Peanut helps with everything, very clean, free bikes to use to get around, the hotel is nicely located as you can cycle directly into the fields or a short trip into town, very quiet at night.

The staff are very friendly. They try to cater to our needs and give more than we ask. Even when we change our plan in the last few minutes, they try to help us as much as they can.
My friend told me that it will need.awhile lot better to have handsoap when we wash our hands since it's a hassle to always go to the shower to get soap.

the hotel is located in the middle of rice fields, between which there are sidewalks where it is pleasant to walk. the rooms are big and the courtyard is lovely. Hoi An old town is not far, 1,5 km walking.the breakfast was delicious and the coffee wonderful, we felt like at home, the host was great and we already miss them

The staff is extremely welcoming - Tao the owner did everything to make our stay memorable and always asking for honest feedback! Peanut - the co worker made sure she arranged all the activities around us at best local price and she gave us tips where to go and what to do. The room was super clean and the beds super large and comfy! We had local breakfast which was very delicious! The hotel offered us free bikes to move around which was amazing! They also offered them on our last day even after check out - which is super kind! Overall we are very very happy with Lavini Boutique hotel and highly recommend it!

This is a little piece of heaven !
Not far from both Hoi An's old town at all (bikes for free were a real gem), and also not too far from the beach.
Peaceful, beautiful surroundings.

From the moment we arrived Peanut and her husband made us feel at home. Unfortunately I was unwell one night with food poisoning and Peanut was so caring and made sure I was looked after the next day. Peanut also helped organise massages for us and our taxi to the airport. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Our room was large and clean with a lovely view of the pool. Bed was very comfy and the AC worked well and was quiet.
Free water was available for us to refill our bottles which was a great extra touch, and meant we didn't have to keep buying more plastic.
Breakfast was brilliant, great range of Vietnamese and Western choices and cooked fresh for you. The pancakes were amazing, and the passion fruit juice!!
Location was good, just outside of the old town surrounded by rice paddies. A grab taxi to the centre was about 30,000 VND (£1) or a 15 min walk.
I couldn't recommend staying here more, it was the perfect place for us made even better by such kind hosts. Thank you for a wonderful stay. If we return to Hoi An we will 100% be back!

We had a great time at Lavini Hoian. The people were so nice and helpful. Rooms were super nice and spacious and the beds were so comfy. Old town is just a decent walk away and it is nice to sleep in such a peaceful, calm environment.

Very well maintained and managed, everything seems to be very new, although it opened 2016. They put attention to many details such as extra towels for the pool, free water refill, cheap mini bar, perfectly clean, loads of space to hang out, good water quality in the pool plus the managers speak very good English and help you with everything.. Relaxed location.

Het hotel ligt net buiten het drukke centrum van Hoi An. De locatie is perfect als je stad en strand wilt combineren. De bedden slapen heerlijk, de kamers zijn schoon en iedere ochtend wordt er een vers ontbijt voor je klaargemaakt. Het zwembad is ook heel fijn, wij hebben er iedere dag gebruik van gemaakt. Het personeel is ook super vriendelijk, kortom: top verblijf!

Okay, this place is truly exceptional! It exceeded all our possible expectations. For us, it was the best stay, even though we were really sick for a couple of days. They made us feel and treated us so well that no place could do that. We felt like home, and let me say that the villa is in a perfect place, clean, beautifully and well-maintained. Comfortable beds (I don't remember when was the last time I slept so well). High-quality breakfast, super tasty Vietnamese cuisine, a free water station, perfect Vietnamese coffee. Wonderful and super sweet owners, always smiling, always making you feel at home, and the most professional and brilliant Peanut. She took care of us, gave all her heart so we could have the best time here. We felt safe, and we felt amazing. We are extremely thankful for everything that we had here. The experience is unforgettable. Sending the best love to this place. We were there at a time when it rained a lot, and we still felt that the rice fields were magical. They allowed us to order food and that was extremly nice from their side ❤️

Very recommended. We had a really great time in Lavini. Everything was pretty clean and nice, the town was close and there were bicycles available for the guests. The breakfast was great and the staff was really helpful. Peanut was always available to help us with everything we needed and booking the tours and taxis.
