It does not have the standard of Anantara. We had a high expectations because we have stayed in Resorts in Maldives and Dubai. Its misleading to advertise as facing river, There is NO river view from the room,only when you come out in the hotel passage, there is a river view. No windows in the room. Very Disappointing

Lovely resort in a great location! Super friendly staff, delicious breakfast and great facilities. Rooms feel like individual "villas" and have a great layout. We had a fabulous time at the resort - would definitely recommend for any couples / families / solo travellers.

The transfer options (to/from the aiport or other hotels) offered are fairly expensive - would recommend to organize your own transfer.

For the price the place is lacking a few details which you would expect in Asia, such as Japanese style toilet seats, tea and coffee possibility on the room. Otherwise all good

Excellent location for the old quarter - just a few minutes walk. The room was large and well-equipped. The balcony that is listed in the descrption is not a private balcony, it's like an open balcony that opens onto the walkway for all people walking past the corridor. This is the same for all rooms in the hotel. Breakfast was great and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfortable.

There was a sunken bath in our room and initially we were thrilled, but when we looked closer, we were not sure if the marble was mouldy or dirty or if it was the pattern of the marble. We think that the stains on the marble looked dirty although it may not have been. Nothing else to complain about.
