Nice located on an island just outside Old Town center. Short walk (7 min). Very nice and welcoming staff, nice rooms and nice pool area.
Missed a bar or similar where u could buy light snack and drinks during the day.

A fantastic hotel with lovely, friendly staff in a great location. we stayed for five nights and I thought this hotel was exceptional value for money. It's about a ten or 15 minute walk into town which isn't so bad or you can hire a gold buggy to take you. Our room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the beautiful pool and a big bathroom. We didn't include breakfast in our package because we wanted to try local food.
We each had a massage which was lovely but they could make it a little more spa like experience.

I made a last minute reservation and Ms Ruby called me while I was already seated on my flight to Da Nang to confirm my reservation and to assure me that despite of hotel running on full she managed to secure a double room for me and my husband. She's such a darling! Upon arrival at Hotel Gem, Ms Ruby was at the Reception and came to greet us she's such a warm person. Check in was smooth, Ms Ruby explained local tours and sightseeing to us and we're good to go. I highly recommend this hotel. Great breakfast, short nice walk to Hoi An Ancient City and warm staff. Room was pool facing, balcony, spacious, shower water pressure was high and satisfying after a long hot day of sightseeing.
