Fantastic place to stay, the staff were all so nice and helpful. The room was lovely and comfortable, we had a river view room with a balcony which was great for watching Hoi An. Breakfast was beautiful and so many options, I would definitely stay here again

Close enough to center.
The room we go was close to reception desk and we can hear sounds grom the front desk. They didn’t have plug,outlets near the bed. We had to charge our phone in the bathroom and by unplugging desk lamp

Tolle Lage nur wenige Schritte bis zur Altstadt von Hoi An. Das Zimmer war schön, geräumig und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders Cherry Rose hatte jederzeit ein Lächeln auf den Lippen und hat uns wunderbar weitergeholfen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker, auch preislich super. Frühstück war super, große Auswahl und Live-Cooking Station mit wechselnden Suppen und täglich Eierspeisen. Es war tadellos sauber. Die Massage im Spa war ebenfalls sehr gut. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Es war immer leicht feucht im Zimmer und roch daher etwas modrig - das lag aber bestimmt am Wetter und der insgesamt sehr hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit.

The staff were fabulous! So friendly always chatting and asking how your stay was and making you feel very comfortable. Rooms were lovely we had the River View Suite with balcony. Breakfast was also pretty good and again the staff went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you needed. Delivering your coffee and freshly cooked eggs to the table.
I didn't like the fact that one of our rooms allocated was placed on a different floor when I asked to be on the same floor or close by. To top that off it was the worst room on the bottom floor looking out to a car park.... considering I booked 4 months in advance this should not have happened!

A really great location, very near the old town, but not in the thick of it!
Staff are extremely friendly and helpful - interested in helping wherever they can. Special thanks to Rose, Kate and Richard for all their attention.
We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Hoi An.
Good breakfast too - more of the delicious baguette please. :)

Eponymous “Little Hoi An”, a Boutique and Spa Hotel, in delightful “must see”, magical Hoi An was a perfect booking.com choice for a quiet and cosseted stay but a short walk to the colourful, pulsating riverside centre.
It would be unkind to say Hoi An was touristy because that suggests it was trashy and it was certainly not! It was busy because it is small, stylish, charming and popular.
It is beautiful with lots of non-challenging but captivating historical sights close at hand; some fabulous restaurants, great café-bars and intriguing fashion shops.
(Special mention to Vrosa, which I shall review separately!)
On arrival at the hotel, I was greeted with rapture and looked after tenderly by the young, beautiful staff - possibly because I was wearing my designer Non-La! Photoshoots and WhatsApp exchanges were frequent.
I had a lovely, spacious, third (top) floor, balconied, river facing room and very good breakfasts!
I was there during the Full Moon Festival but I am sure that every night at buzzing Hoi An, wooden boats with coloured lanterns and candles on paper holders are floating down the river.
Unlike all the other destinations on my tour of places beginning with H, relatively traffic free Old Town Hoi An has an enchanting, ancient, oriental ambiance that makes it truly special. No doubt that is why so many travellers sensibly put it on their itineraries.

Staff are v friendly and helpful. The guest relation team Rose, Cherry, Kayle and Kate were exceptional and gave us a surprise birthday celebration for my wife while we stayed. Location is excellent as it is walking distance to Hoi An ancient town and lantern market. Hotel is also nicely decorated with Vietnamese style.

The location was great, we were about a 5min walk from the heart of the old quarter but far enough away that there wasn't too much noise at night. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was a nice bonus
It could have been a bit cleaner but that's just a nitpick, overall everything was really nice

Perfect little boutique hotel on the river right by the old town. The rooms are authentic (in keeping with the vintage seaport feel), cozy, and super clean. Breakfast has lots of options from continental to local and is of great quality. But above all, the staff is super sweet and helpful. Kate was amazing with helping us navigate through a flood around Hue to finally get here and with booking local tours/shows.

Slightly out of the way from the main tourist area but easily walkable to town.
Our room was advertised as a “suite with river view”. I think “suite” is stretching it and while, technically, we could see the river, the balcony was actually in the bar/restaurant so you had people eating/drinking at your feet. There’s two of these rooms which really should be at a lower rate or sold with a different description.
The hotel is also incredibly noisy. The balcony had two sets of doors (one double glazed) but the noise from the street was still quite something. In addition there was a lot of noise from the floors above and in the corridor outside. Earplugs are a must.

川沿いの雰囲気のある小ぢんまりとしたホテル。自宅にいる様な安心感があって景色が良いなんて最高ですね。朝食も美味しかったですが、入口のカフェテリアも良かった。滞在中毎日ここで夕食をとりました。
最も印象に残ったのはレセプションのROSE,KATE,CHERRY さん達。大変お世話になりました。
またホイアンに行く機会がありましたらお世話になりたいと思います。
ミーソン遺跡に連れて行ってくれたドライバーさんもありがとう。独学で英語を勉強して一生懸命ベトナムの歴史と現状を運転しながら説明してくれました。ベトナムへの理解が一層深まりました。

Dieses Hotel war das beste in Vietnam. Es begann mit einer persönlichen Einführung, Empfehlungen zu Ausflügen inklusive Buchung durch das Hotel, kostenloser Fahrradleihe und wehbeschreibungen. Perfektes Englisch, wars relativ selten ist in Vietnam.
Das Frühstück sehr gut.
Die Zimmer wunderschön eingerichtet.
Es blieben keine Wünsche offen.

Little ants in the room but this is Asia. One adapts. They offer to use insecticide but i refused.

Very nice discovering, the hôtel is very well located just near by the old city center and activities.
The staff is very nice, take the time to explain very well all the things to do in Hoi an, as where to eat, what to visit. Breakfast is very good. Spa very good.

Fantastic location on the fringe of the Old Town, friendly & helpful staff who put service first, free use of bicycles to get around town.
The bicycles could be fitted with bells so it’s easier to navigate the busy and bustling streets.

Great location (near old town but at the same time is not noisy). Great service (i remember particularly Cherry Kayle Anna and Kate). Great and well equipped rooms. Great buffet breakfast. Also has a swimming pool, nice although quite small. In summary, highly recommended.

Food menu is limited in restaurant but it really doesn’t matter as they are lots of places to eat out.
