This location in Hoi An is absolutely wonderful within walking distance to the UNESCO heritage listed Old Town and everything that Hoi An is famous for. The facilities are excellent breakfast and the staff are first class the one seem to look at though would be the cleaning of the furniture in the rooms or the replacement of the furniture that is quite stained and old. It is always a pleasure to come back here as I have stayed several times. Allow a good amount of time for breakfast as the choice is outstanding.

Had a room without outside windows, so no natural light. This should have been made clearer when booking the accommodation.

The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Loved the huge shower. The breakfast offered many selections. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location.

The stag was kind and friendly. They were helpful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my room. The air conditioning was great it blew like the Arctic circle.
It was wonderful. The area was very walkable and I enjoyed the atmosphere.
