Staff (Spring, Lily, Kimmi, Helen) where the friendliest human beings I've met in a long time.
They were extremely attentive and eager to anticipate their guests' needs, always ready to assist whenever help was needed.

The staff are the most interesting and impressive part of my stay. Room is great and the bed is so comfy.
All guests are treated like family and the staff go well out of their way to help in any way they can
The reception ladies Kimmi Spring Lily and Helen are absolutely the best

Really friendly staff who were so helpful. Kimmi, Spring, Lily and Helen gave really good advice on all things Hoi An. The room was clean and comfy and we were only a short walk from the old town.
The bath/shower takes some getting used too. However, this was more of a personal preference and a small detail in our stay.
