The location was perfect, the gym was well-equipped, the breakfast was varied, and the pool water was pleasant and comfortable.
We are a family of six with four children. When making our reservation through Booking.com, we clearly provided the ages of all our children and specifically booked two connecting rooms.
However, upon arrival, we found that there were only five beds in the rooms. We were told that children under the age of 10 are not allowed to sleep alone in a bed according to the hotel’s policy. Only after speaking with the hotel was an additional bed provided for us.
We have been traveling as a family around the world for more than 10 years, and we have never experienced a situation like this before.
We believe that the hotel and Booking.com should make sure that this policy is clearly communicated during the booking process, especially when guests provide the children’s ages in advance. This would prevent misunderstandings and an uncomfortable situation upon arrival.
We appreciate that the hotel eventually provided us with an additional bed, but we hope this issue can be addressed for future guests.

This is super close to the Old Town which made it a perfect location. The room was nicely appointed and comfortable but the floor wasn’t cleaned well so my feet got dirty walking barefoot. Breakfast was average, they really need to sort out their egg station and get some fresh juice.
