Laluna has a beautiful pool, amazing staff, rooms are very clean, nice cold A/c, loved the fittings and furnishings. Breakfast Yum Yum, an absolute pleasure to enjoy Hoi A from, 5 minute walk to ancient town, free bikes. Brilliant

The hotel was very close to most activities in the city. The breakfast selection was excellent and the room was comfortable.
There was lovely outdoor seating and pool to use.
The staff were very attentive to our needs and made good suggestions on particular shops to visit.
The tour operator suggested by the hotel didn't have an English speaking guide to accompany us. The hotel should link up with tour operators who have English speaking guides.

Great location - within walking distance to the old town (10 mins) but not right in the center where it can get crowded and busy
Staff - everyone was very warm , welcoming and super helpful. Thank you especially to all the front desk staff who showed us great hospitality even though it was Tet
Cozy - hotel is not too big and has more of a boutique vibe which is nice
Breakfast - decent selection of food with both western and Vietnamese options
Only 1 complaint which is the Fitness center. The hotel listing mentions a fitness center but it’s just a small room with barely any equipment (the treadmill wasn’t working when I was there). Not great if you want to keep your fitness routine while on holiday.

We couldn’t fault the property and what made our stay all the more pleasurable was the wonderful staff of Joe the Manager, Nancy, Chau, Nam and Hana. Those were the most notable but everyone else was genuinely friendly and helpful. The hotel was slightly further away from the frenetic action than many others but as we came to realise, Hoi An is not the quiet, sleepy little town we visited 10 years ago and it was a relief after a long night at the markets and the centre of action to be getting closer and closer out of the noisy end of town. It’s very nice sitting peacefully on the balcony overlooking the river and letting the swarms of Chinese tourists and off key Karaoke singers do their thing without impinging on us lovers of silence. To us, Laluna was the perfect Hotel for our preferences and would stay here again in a heartbeat. We are looking forward to planning our next holiday here and extending our stay to 10 days.
There was nothing could comment on that detracted from our stay at Laluna.

Great hotel in a really excellent location. The room and pool area were lovely and breakfast was very good.
We were in a room opposite the stairwell and it could be a little noisy at night. While the staff were really lovely, it felt a little pushy at check out to use their car service and to provide feedback.

I cannot speak more highly for this hotel. From the moment we were greeted by Ms Nancy and the other staff to the moment we left - we were treated like royalty! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and quaint with magical views of the river in front. The room was comfortable, clean and luxurious for such an exceptional price. The hotel also helped us with organising activities and we had a massage which was great. I cannot recommend Laluna enough and we will certainly be staying here again upon our return to Hoi An!

Good Location, Breakfast was good, Hotel staff were good especially the duty manager, he went out of his way to make sure our stay was very nice
We had a top floor room which was lovely with a balcony overlooking the river, but unfortunately there was also a staff storage room on another floor above and there was lots of noise coming from above in the morning plus cleaning staff making lots of noise going up & down the stairs from 7am every morning,
Maybe they could use another storage room & remove their shoes or use different footwear when going up & down the stairs to reduce the noise at such an early time in the morning.

Very comfortable stay and good location, it was close to the Hoi An night markets and just a short 10min walk to the main city area. The hotel manager, Nam, was really nice and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
No iron in the room, but they have ironing services.

i love the location of the place. it is away from the night market so it is not that bustling and noisy yet it is near enough to walk to the attractions and night market.

Laluna is very well located in a quiet area along the river. It’s so close to everything you want to see and within a walk but by night seems a world away from the hustle and bustle.
Rooms are quite small for the money in comparison to other offerings in the area.

It was close to the river and near shopping areas.
The AC in my room wasn't working, but I was upgraded to a different room, so that's good.

Great location just by the river, a few minutes walk from the old city. Clean and comfortable room and great value for money. Breakfast had a great selection and was included in the rate.
Reception staff can be a little bit pushy to upsell tours and try make a bit of extra money off tourists but can just say no.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was nice and clean, the location was close to the city center and we really enjoyed the breakfast! They also gave a small present to our daughter on our leave which was very nice.
The things thay could be better are the view from window, wasn't great (balcony of someone else with their clothes on it), for some reason getting a warm water in the shower was problematic (it was usually cold, and took a while to warm) and a baby cod was a bit small for our child, but booking.com mentioned that the room can fit 2 adults and kid (I think you need to tweak it there). Also a staff is a bit overwelcoming and sometimes we could use a bit of private space.

The best location is near Hoi An old town-recommended place for travelers to visit.
Very beautiful hotel, good view of the river and varsity of breakfast both of local & International.
Lastly. staff is really impactful with the service mindset “ customers come first “ Always offer some support guided and proudly represent their hotel, own town and country as well.
We love Hoi An and Vietnamese people.
