Bright and sunny room; very friendly staff; really excellent breakfast. The soups were better then the pho in town and the range of fruit was excellent. The egg chef was good. Peppered ostrich one morning was a real treat. Really good value for money overall
The overhead shower was blocked and the water all came out in a waterfall. The bed was slightly hard for my taste, but not excessively so.

The hotel staff were welcoming, especially Mrs Van Nguyen, the GM and Suing from the Sales Team. They were very helpful and always interested in our days.
We also loved that the hotel was not too big and that it was in a quiet location, yet still walking distance from the Old Town. Lastly the complimentary bikes were in excellent condition.

Hotel has been recently renovated- rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable. Our room overlooked the river.
