Simply a wonderful hotel! The staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs, preempting any wishes: it seemed like they knew what we desired before we had even phrased our thoughts: that’s truly 5-star service! They took special care of our 4-year-old daughter, which was delightful. The spa was just amazing - I had some of the best massages ever at the Lemongrass Spa! The entire hotel is beautiful and the 2 pools were amazing. Also, it’s probably one of the best locations if you want to be close to the old town of Hoi An (just 5-10mins walk)!
There is a motorbike bridge on one side of the hotel, which makes sitting outside noisy (it didn’t bother us, but perhaps there are guests who don’t like this). Besides, it’s not the hotel’s fault :-/.

This is a really lovely resort near the ancient town in Hoi An. The resort gives a very tranquil and peaceful vibe which is what we needed for a relaxing break. It is just slightly out of the ancient town but yet close enough to walk there. It is also close to the night market and pubs/bar area. The breakfast is really good with many options and 2 live stations. The staff is also really helpful and pleasant. The rooms are big and comfortable. And the ammenities the hotel has to offer is also really good - 2 pools, one spa, one gym, restaurant/bar and free bicycle rentals. They provide shuttle transportation to An Bang Beach and will be able to provide towels, and an umbrella chair with their partner Shore Club at the beach. We also really appreciated that a water filter was available at the resort and this allowed us access to hot, normal and cold water. I highly recommend staying in this place and I’ll come back here if I’m ever back in HoiAn.

Beautiful resort, very comfortable and could of easily stayed longer the staff were so friendly and so accommodating and helpful organizing everything we needed, shout out to Ly and Hua. Short walk away from old town and new town nightlife close enough for walking also.
We would recommend staying on pool view side over river view which are more expensive only due to the noisy bike bridge spoiled the experience on the balcony.

It is a beautiful Resort with great attention to detail. Staff were amazing, and ensured that we were totally catered for. The facilities were great, with two swimming pools, and a divine spa onsite. Food was delicious, with plenty choices for every meal.

From the moment we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and all the food was delicious. The outdoor areas were beautiful and the pool was lovely. We also enjoyed a very relaxing spa service. The location is perfect, walking distance to the night markets and its was great to be able to use bikes to explore further. Everything at the hotel was outstanding.

This is our second stay at River Town and the first since COVID. We were very happy to be back and it was better than expected. The breakfast buffet has a great selection for every taste and the hotel is great value for money. Centrally located its a quick walk to the Old Town and Night Markets. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Everything was great. The staff are particularly wonderful. We looked forward to our interactions with Vu but really all were fantastic.

Every aspect of this experience from check in, to ordering room service to interacting with the exceptionally skilled staff is simply perfection. There is literally not one negative thing that can possibly be said about this oasis of comfort and luxury. Not only is the building itself new, clean bright airy and spacious, but the staff in this hotel truly are world class. From silver service in the restaurant to a very helpful front of house, this establishment is top class, on a world scale. A particular mention must go to staff members Quoc, Tung and Lan, people who truly made our time in Vietnam unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived we were made feel welcome by all the amazing staff who made our two week stay one of the best holidays we have ever had. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the Ancient town. The hotel grounds were beautiful and the pool was fabulous. The Soul Restaurant attached to the hotel provided excellent food, excellent service and such warm welcoming staff every day.
There wasn’t anything negative about the property in our eyes.

The staff were so friendly and could not do enough to help with most staff speaking good English. The location is two streets from the night market and it is close enough to cross the bridge into the old town. The spa treatments were relaxing and professionally done. Loved the two pools and that one was for adults only.

Loved my stay here! The Hotel is a 5 min walk away from the night market and the old town. The view from my room was amazing and I absolutely loved it. The food was great and they had happy hours at the pool which was the highlight of my stay. They have two pools, one in the front and one in the back. There are also beautiful gardens and cottages for relaxing as you enter the Hotel.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us very nice coconut cookies as a parting gift. The only issue was the sound from the metal bridge behind the Hotel but we personally did not find it to be a huge problem. The balcony windows soundproofed our rooms sufficiently but if you are a light sleeper or want to relax in the balcony, it might be an issue for you. HOWEVER, the Hotel had left an apology note for the noise which stated that the Government is planning on making a concrete bridge in June. If this happens i dont think there will be anything to point out about this place.

This is a fabulous hotel. Lovely gardens and pool area and has a very relaxing vibe. It's a short walk to everything. Staff are great and super helpful. They rang airlines to check flights and even checked us in on an onward flight. Breakfast was excellent and overall a great stay. This was our favourite hotel travelling across Vietnam

The swimming pool is what I believe most people stay at this resort for. The super friendly staff and cleanliness is next level.. its one of best resorts to start a hard earned holiday, very relaxing and away from hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to markets and a cheap taxi ride to the city centre
They need a swimming pool rail to get in and out of pool, it's a little slippery and way the edges shaped (tilting downwards) is a little slippery & scary

Very well located only a 10 minute walk from old town hoi an. Staff incredible helpful and able to recommend great tailors, day trips and restaurants. Breakfast very good with a wide variety of selection.

Really pretty, peaceful property about a ten minute walk from the old town. Huge and lovely swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs. Our room was comfortable and relaxing - it had the nicest bathroom we’ve had in all of Vietnam. We also enjoyed the deck with a view of the river. Good breakfast. Helpful staff - they arranged an airport transfer for us and seamlessly rescheduled it when our flight got delayed. They also held our bags for us when we arrived too early to check in, gave us lots of tips about the town, and a small parting gift. Very nice hotel! I didn’t want to leave.
Some people complain about the noise of bridge behind the hotel. Yes, we could hear it very faintly from our room, but we’re city people and I found the sound relaxing, a bit like trains. Not a negative for us, and the bridge was beautiful to look at in the moonlight.
