Beautiful interior.
The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind.
Multiple - VERY CLEAN -pools with one salt water, one dedicated for adults etc made it fun.
The food selection in the restaurant menu could be better.
Also breakfast was not up to level of other hotels in the same ranking. Would liked to have more local food options for breakfast.

Excellent choice in Hoi An. Very nice staff, Tran was so nice. She made a special effort to speak French to me & the hotel organized a little surprise for my birthday.
I was worried about the distance to central Hoi An but it wasn’t an issue at all. It’s like 10-15 min walk and it’s ok.
Great breakfast & great spatious rooms.
I was given a room on the 6th floor with limited view : the elevator only reached the 5th floor and then you had to take the stairs up so that was a bit disappointing

This property is best suited for those who plan on staying by the pool and relaxing. Although you can walk into the ancient town, the walk is very dangerous. Most sidewalks are blocked forcing pedestrians into the street with the cars and motorbikes.
Our suite was comfortable. Bathroom was strange. Separate toilet room. Separate shower room. Rest of bathroom was open the the main room.
Staff was friendly but we had very little interaction with staff. Breakfast was ok. There was plenty of choice.
