We were greeted upon arrival with a refreshing drink and wet towel.
The following morning we met Chloe who gave us some tip about the area and kindly upgraded us to a bigger room, which was even more spacious and luxurious than the one before.
The staff were all attentive and kind, nothing was too much trouble. They helped with booking tickets, trips, transfers etc.
The hotel is just minutes walk from old town and night market.
The area was very safe, just be wary of the traffic.
I would highly recommended this hotel for standards, service and location.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at
Stayed 6 nights here found the facilities fantastic by every measurement fantastic
Superb pool area scrumptious breakfast and wonderfully located
While all these aspects are great it is the staff that set it apart
Chloe Rachel and Alice made the stay so memorable. They are both delightful, helpful and area knowledgeable. This puts this property as 5 star

Staff welcoming and helpful. Room and bed comfortable. Pool good, massages in spa recommended. Roof top bar handy and "cosmopolitan" cocktail well made. Happy hour 4 to 7 as well. Only slight down side is breakfast bar is average, eg sliced bread quality poor, bacon taste not good - also needs to be crispier, overall selection can be less items but better quality, in the end we went out for breakfast, say lilly's close by or in town.
