A Wonderful Stay at KAIA Gallery Hotel!
We felt completely at home at the KAIA Gallery Hotel right from the very beginning.
The interior design of the hotel is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally tasteful.
What made our stay even more special was the incredible staff. While both of the team members were wonderfully helpful, we had a particularly special connection with Emily, who handled both our check-in and check-out. She is absolutely fantastic!
Another huge plus was the free bicycle rental service. It made getting into the city center quick, easy, and fun.
We highly recommend KAIA Gallery Hotel and would love to stay here again!

- How personalised our experience was, all thanks to the lovely girls at reception (we love you Emily)
- How close to the old quarter we were
- Free bikes that allowed us to navigate Hoi An easily
- Getting given recommendations for food, activities, sight-seeing, etc (thank you girls for some of the best food recommendations)
- Our room was stunning, the decor is amazing and did not feel at all like a hotel!
- Very, very clean (goes above my partners high expectations for cleanliness)

The interior design and location were amazing. Close enough to old quarter to get to easily, but far enough away from the activity and noise.
Rooms are a bit small on the small side.
