The location was exceptional - close to Ubud Palace, Monkey Forest and all the art markets. The staff were very helpful as I had forgotten my laptop bag in a Grab taxi, but they communicated with the driver who eventually dropped my bag. There was a lovely pool and free water available all the time.
No clear signage from the road to the hotel.

Location is great.
Pool was full of chlorine crystals. The smell was so strong from our room and the bottom of the pool was so rough from all the chlorine pebbles just sitting on the bottom. We had booked this hotel specifically for the pool but it was not useable.
Rooms are very small
Loud music from neighbouring bars etc very loud until midnight.
They also catch rain run-off in metal pans, so when it rains the noise is so loud of it dropping directly into the metal. Very loud!
