L ideale per le famiglie e non solo

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana con le nostre 2 figlie , a parte che i pullman sono efficientissimi sull isola , la fermata Negombo -San Lorenzo è proprio difronte al cancello della struttura , la signora Rosa che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima , disponibilissima , la struttura troppo carina e comoda con tanto di colazione , cucina , aria condizionata ,con possibilità di cucinare in camera , siamo arrivati alle terme Negombo a piedi in 5 min e a lacco ameno centro in 10 , passeggiata piacevolissima , e con 2 sole fermate di nuovo a casa al ritorno , la prox volta che torneremo ad Ischia sicuramente sceglieremo Sweet home !

Exceptional

Wonderful accommodation. Our apartment was clean and had a small kitchen. There’s a washing machine on the premises. The garden has a beautiful view and citrus trees. The house is very close to the magical beach San Montano. We traveled with our two small children and they had everything they needed. There’s a nice and big playground across the street. The bus stop is right outside the house which made it easy to explore Ischia by bus. Rosa is an incredibly friendly host. She responds quickly and makes sure you have everything you need. Thank you Rosa!

Lovely vacation. Rosa the owner very communicative and helpful.

Nice, simple and quiet property, close to everything that matters in Lacco Ameno. Nice landscape from the Rose’s garden, can see the Negombo cliff and also the beach.

Nice stay near Negombo

The room was large and was in a great location conveniently located within walking distance to Negombo and Laco Ameno. Rosa checked us in and was lovely and very professional. We had a beautiful balcony and the building was quite pretty.

The beds were a little hard for our liking. There were some breakfast items in the room. The description said these would be replenished daily but they were not replenished during our 2 day stay. We did also find a spider in the room but it was clean, otherwise.

Everything was perfect, next visit for sure to Rosa!

Super clean, big rooms, super location(near to Negombo terms), bus station 3 m from the haus and Rosa and her husband are very warm and friendly peoples!

Very Lovely, Practical and fantastic location.

The room was very nice and in a fantastic location especially if you do not have a car. It was very close walking distance to Nogombo spa and Lacco Ameno town. The bus was at the front gate of the B&B. There was a good grocery store in Lacco Ameno and there is a kitchen you can use. The host provides great coffee pods to use in the kitchen’s machine. Breakfast you make yourself. There is jam and bagged bread and also teas provided. Because you can use the kitchen and have a fridge in your room it is great. The owner was very kind. She does not live on the property you must arrange to meet her to get the key. There are only 2 white gates across the street from the bus stop when you come from Ischia town. The more solid one is the gate. On the bus stop side there is a sign dog food on a fence.If you see that the white gate is directly across. Further down the street is an enormous sign saying Nogombo. Spa.

The wi fi was weak and did not work half way during the evening. It also may have to do with the island in general as far as wi fi.

I loved staying with Rosa. The view from the terrace was sensational and the size of the rooms wad enormous. Extremely good value. Rosa could not do enough to help. One evening my friend returned to her room to find no electricity in the room. Rosa organised an electrician within an hour of my WhatsApp I would be more than happy to return to this gem if a b&b only 300mts from the glorious Ngombo Park.

A stair rail up the steps would have been great.

It had a beautifully relaxed feel to it, spotless, comfortable bed, huge mirror. The outside terrace had private tables and chairs for each room. Brilliant location to walk to Negombo and the seafront. Bus stopped outside.

Great value near the beautiful beach of San Montano

Great value and very hospitable owner. A cot and high chair was provided as requested. It was helpful to have a kitchenette and outdoor area for drying clothes.

As a family with prams, the steps were hard work from the entrance to the apartment and although a short walk to the village and beautiful beach of San Montano it was a steep hilly road or steps so not great if you have mobility issues or prams.

Always would come back!

It was a great stay in Rosa's B&B! I really fell in love with Ischia and with the Sweet Home B&B. The rooms are very pretty and clean. The location very near to the bus and with a view to the sea. And at last Rosa: I haven't found the location and she was so friendly and took me by car. She is very kind and wants you to have everything around. I was so happy with Sweet home B&B, that I have stayed there more days, than planned! Always would come back!

Quick trip to Ischia in October

I liked my stay at Sweet Home very much. The location was perfect, the house, the garden, and the room very beautiful. Gorgeous views from veranda, and away from the city buzzle, however enough close to the beautiful town of Lacco Ameno and the picturesque Baia San Montano beach (ca 400 meters both). The owner of Sweet Home, Rosa, was very kind, lovely, and warm person. I would love to return there in my next trip to Ischia.

Fantastic place to stay!

close to everything you need - places to eat, Negombo, beach. Rosa (the host) is very helpful and charming! The views from the property are incredible. It’s quiet, clean, beds are comfortable and overall our experience was amazing. We only stayed for one day, but we definitely will come back! Highly recommend! 👌😍

Superb

Amazing location within walking distance of a great beach. Bus stop right in front. If you rent a car there's plenty of space to park it at the bottom. AC and a comfy bed are great.

Very good

Rosa was great at making arrangements to meet me for check in and was extremely helpful getting settled in. Generally the location is very calm and quiet (except during breakfast hours when the kitchen is used). Bus stop is directly outside the entrance making it easy to get around the island. The terrace is really tranquil with a great view. Location to negombo spa is great.

I was in a room located next to the kitchen thus it was not very private and noisy. I could hear every guest using the kitchen in the mornings and any guests hanging out just outside my door. Any noise was easily carried into the room. Also, someone walked into my room so I don't think other guests understand that room is there.

The sweetest and most ideal place to stay for exploring the whole island, going in either direction.

Everything about this place is lovely, so much that I decided to stay an extra night. The room, Rosa who runs it, the coffee, and the location is perfect for going in either direction of the island.

Rosa is delightful. She assisted in my travel itinerary, given me ease to explore the island.

Coffee was the best! A common kitchen with cooking utensils, dishes, etc., had small fridge in my room. A gorgeous view. Lovely two level patio with outdoor furniture. Easy access to local bus services.

Breakfast basket (light snack) packaged bread crisps, pastries and croissants. Jams, spreads and teas. If you are a big breakfast person be sure to pick up your groceries. A market is close by.
