Mi è piaciuta la calma, la cortesia, il buongiorno di tutto lo staff al mattino, la colazione con delle torte squisite con vista panoramica, la cena con atmosfera soft. È stata veramente una splendida esperienza.
Giusto da rivedere la tendina della doccia, era un po’ fastidiosa.

Nel complesso mi è piaciuto vorrei dare loro una seconda possibilità solo se rivedessero la qualità del cibo e la pulizia delle piscine…. Soprattutto quelle termali.
Bellissimo il posto e la pulizia delle stanze e la quasi totale assenza di insetti. Auspico che si certifichino presto ISO 14001.
La pulizia delle piscine … oggi come oggi è impensabile non pulire il fondo (affondo scusate il gioco di parole) esiste anche il pulitore automatico (cosiddetto maialino). Le piscine termali non vanno solo svuotate ma pulite nel fondo per evitare che sedimenti si accumulino rendendo poco duttile la piscina. Anche il cibo andrebbe migliorato nella qualità offerta.
