Great location and comfortable setting. Unit was clean. We’ve stayed before.
The property management company was not responsive. On our first full day an unexpected repairman came and told us our dishwasher was broken and would be broken the entire week we were there. Not a big deal. We let the management company know- and we asked for starter supplies that normally come with the unit so that we would have enough to hand wash the dishes. They emailed that they would. For the next 5 days they said they would send them, I emailed to check on it and they never did anything. They really never intended to. Also a bug company came with keys in the door to let himself in while I was not properly dressed- totally unannounced. Then the fire alarm batteries went out - I let Dwell know this as well- they did not come fix it. I always have good stays at Airbnb’s, etc. but this is the first time the company did nothing to help. If you read the response they sent me, they never intended to.
