Can’t get a better location than this, literally ON the station. Onsen was very good, with a lot of room.
Because of the close proximity to the station you’re basically able to go anywhere via train or bus instantly and the station itself has Tully’s coffee and 7-eleven so you don’t have ti go far for a quick snack.

The property is located right with JR Hakodate Station. This made travel and eating choices very convenient. There was a table in the room, so I could bring back food.
Paper-thin walls. First, I had to listen to the neighbour’s bed rhythmically squeaking at 02:00. Then at 8:00, the TV was on loud enough that it could have been in my room.
The breakfast room reminded me of a school cafeteria, so I did not partake.
