駅に近く、飲食店街も周辺にあるし、周辺施設も充実してる。

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and has everything we need, and the location is great, very close to Seicomart, drugstore, and a tram station. There's also a supermarket within 5-6 mins walk away which is very convenient. JR Hakodate is about 10 mins walk so it's not too far as well. The plan comes with a free breakfast and although the selection of menu is limited, the taste of each meal was very good, even for Japanese standard! We were very surprised and actually look forward to each breakfast :D
The room was very small for two persons and there was not enough space to fully open two suitcases at the same time, so it's a bit of a hassle to try to shift things around. The bathroom was especially small that it's difficult to move around. I think it's great for a solo traveler, but for two, it's a bit of a struggle. Nevertheless we really liked our stay and it's still a good value for the price! :)

this is my second stay at this hotel, the breakfast are great, staff are warm, location are good as well. Its located 15 minutes walk from the Hakodate station. 3 -5 minutes walks to the nearby store (McD, Family Mart, Tram Station, Drug Store, Convenient Store )
