Plenty of space, even enough to put all our luggage in a closet. Kitchenette and dining table allowed us to cook or reheat items from nearby convenience store, and once we worked out we could get dishwashing gear from reception we could clean up! Choice of Japanese restaurant or western restaurant for included breakfast - both were great, even had icecream!! Helpful staff, good shower and wifi. Easy walk to buses and trains for excursions. Great having onsen onsite. Appreciated a topsheet for the humid nights instead of an all-in-one duvet/cover.
Having got used to check-in and out by machine, it was a slow process here as a large group coincided with our arrival and a lot of info was given. Hard pillows. The toilet by the front door with bathroom on other side of apartment for handwashing. Perhaps some hand sanitiser in that cubicle could be included.

Staff were courteous and very helpful.
The shower was slippery and the door didn’t close properly. There was mold along the bottom of the door, etc.

the fact it was a triple room with kitchenette and table was great and not too far from the station. Breakfast was great if not exactly what we were expecting. The view was great. The entrance lobby was fabulous and staff extremely warm welcoming and very helpful. Only a 15 minute walk from the station.
The kitchenette didn't have anything to wash up or dry with just lacked the basic kitchen stuff that no one is going to buy or a couple of nights stay. Our room was somewhat tired and could do with a bit of an update.
