Very convenient location for leaving the car in the parking space and walking into Winchester. Very quiet.
The outdoor areas (small courtyard and balcony) needed a bit of tlc.

The apartment was self catering. The layout was really good 2 good bedrooms both with bathrooms, a 3rd toilet near the door, a good size kitchen, 2 balcony areas and an ample raised sitting room. Location wise the apartment is 10 minutes walk away from Winchester Centre. There is room to park 1 car on the drive.
The only faults we found were a few cobwebs which could have been easily missed while cleaning and there were only 3 cups in the kitchen for 4 guests.

Location is great.
Such a pity that this potentially fantastic accommodation is so poorly managed and maintained.
Just read the many critical reviews from 2024 onwards, and you know what we are referring to.
Unfortunately, nothing much has been done to avert the situation, which is quite surprising really because the issues are plenty : from the place needing a thorough deep clean, to replacing malfunctioning equipment, and changing the old mattresses and polyester bedding...
It's a pity that both the owner and Booking.com don't seem to care too much about this potentially great place.
