We really enjoyed our stay at this family-run villa. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. They helped us arrange grocery deliveries and even drove us to the shop whenever we asked.
For an additional fee, the owner also took us to several interesting places in the area and shared lots of useful and fascinating information along the way, which made the experience feel much more personal.
Another big advantage is the swimming pool on the property, and there is also an opportunity to go fishing. Our children especially loved the horse riding. The owner teaches properly and professionally, explaining how to sit, mount the horse, and ride safely, so it felt like a real lesson rather than just a short ride.
Overall, it is a wonderful place for families, especially if you are travelling with children and want a more personal and authentic experience.

Abbiamo deciso di stare a 35 minuti da chiang mai per evitare la confusione della metropoli, scelta migliore non c'era.
Abbiamo fatto 4 notti , e abbiamo fatto numerosi giri in zona . Siamo andati dagli elefanti mea rim , alle cascate stiky , abbiamo fatto tutti i templi di chiang mai ,sia del centro sia sulle colline a ovest . Ci spostavamo con taxi. Abbiamo fatto anche un corso di cucina thailandese che si trova a 2 minuti dall'hotel. Siamo stati anche a chiang dao a vedere le cave e il tempio in mezzo alla natura. L' hotel era una buona base di partenza per numerosi giri.
In hotel abbiamo mangiato tutti giorni, si mangia bene. Abbiamo sempre chiesto senza spezie e senza peperoncino.
La camera era pulita e i gestori sempre disponibili.
Nostra figlia era contentissima dei conigli presenti in struttura.
Alle sera nessun rumore, se ci sono bambini comunque dopo le ore 22 non fanno piu rumore.
La colazione era ok!

Hanno animali esotici come petauri e suricati , scelta discutibile, ma comunque sono trattati bene, se posso dare un consiglio ai suricati ci vuole la terra. Amano scavare.

Die Lage ist großartig. Ländlich - entfernt von der Stadt. Ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen und Ruhe zu finden. Unser großes Highlight war, dass wir die Unterkunft für 5 Tage alleine genießen durften und wir uns dort - auch mit den Besitzern, wie zu Hause gefühlt haben. Sehr familiär. Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unsere Kids haben die tierischen Bewohner sehr genossen, ebenso den Pool und den kleinen Spielplatz, direkt vor unserer Tür. Viele Nischen zum Sitzen, Liegen oder Entspannen. Man kann schöne Ausflüge von dort unternehmen. Wir hatten sogar vom Hotel aus einen persönlichen Fahrer, den wir sehr lieben gelernt haben. Boom rocks! :) Auch wurde das Frühstückbuffet extra an unsere Vorlieben angepasst. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und liebevoll! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Das Zimmer, in das wir wechselten, war leider von der Grundreinigung her etwas schmutzig, hinsichtlich Staub in und auf den Schränken, sowie in den Zimmerecken - auch das Badezimmer war an den Wänden und am Boden nicht ganz sauber. Aber es war ok. Geruch im Zimmer etwas unangenehm. Aber wir hatten viel Platz, die Betten waren bequem und hatten viel Stauraum. Das Essen war leider nicht so unseres vor Ort. Wir haben öfter den Lieferservice in Anspruch genommen oder selbst Essen geholt oder gekocht. Staff ist aber mega lieb und sehr sympatisch und wir durften dennoch aus der Küche alles nutzen, was wir zum Essen brauchten. Massage war nicht zum weiterempfehlen. (externe Buchung-wird im eigenen Zimmer praktiziert).

The place is managed by a wonderful family who keep everything well maintained and clean. The rooms are equipped by extra staff and the pool is also modern.
It would be nice to install towel hangers! :)
