It was convenient for golf and seeing friends. Breakfast was fairly good.
Coffee could be better. Invest in a proper barista machine.

I stay at this hotel often when I travel through BKK and never disappoints. On this trip I became ill with a kidney problem and the hotel staff were amazing, helping me with access to the hospital, calling to check up on me and helping me move baggage and items from my room. Service like this always makes a hotel stand out and I thank them all. Didn't get to play golf obviously, which is a shame.
Nothing of note to comment on. All good with the stay.

Buffet breakfast was quite good, and the staff was excellent. Pool was exceptional

The spacious rooms, pool and poolside seating were fabulous.
We were in the largest and most expensive room - two bedroom suite. Upon check-in, the hot water was not working in either bathroom. In addition, the lights in the main sitting room did not work because a fuse had broken prior to check in. The staff ought to check these types of functions prior to occupancy.
In addition, of three room service orders, the orders were missing an item each time.
As a repeat client who has had much better experiences previously, this was not a stay I would like to repeat.
