Very clean brand new hotel, remarkable equipement, parking, pool, good value for the money. Good restaurant. Excellent stay for a morning flight Not to far from the airport, note that on the shorter way to the airport a traffic light is pretty busy, we were blocked 30mn, take a safe margin before your flight or use another route.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft gefühlt 60 Grad heiß. Es stank sehr modrig. Wir mussten die Klimaanlage 5 Stunden laufen lassen um die Luft zu wälzen. Das war sehr unangenehm. Das Personal sollte vor Vergabe der Zimmer dringend lüften. Zum Essen wollten wir nicht in die Stadt fahren und entschieden uns vor Ort im Restaurant zu essen. Als das Essen kam, waren hunderte von Fruchtfliegen mitgekommen. Es war uns fast nicht möglich die Speisen zu uns zu nehmen, so penetrand waren die Fliegen.

The check-in and check-out was easy. The staff tried their best but only 2 person spoke English.

The room (suite) was modern but smaller than it was told on website, AC was very slow to cool (took 2 hours) and situated next to the bed so it had to be on minimum at night. Very dirty bathroom mats, dirt and dirty shoeprints on shower mat! Under the bed and sofa lot of dust etc. I asked for a quiet room and was confirmed to get one. It was away from the elevator, which was nice but on the highway side. There was no soundproofing at all, so couldn't sleep because of the traffic. Mosquitos everywhere because the staff kept windows on the corridors open all the time and no screens on windows! There is no AC on building B on corridors, I guess. For some reason especially the restaurant and lobby was also full of mosquitos. Breakfast should be from 6 am but the sign at the hotel told from 6.30 am. Breakfast buffet was mainly Asian including warm noodle and rice dishes including some meat - no labels on dishes - and fried eggs). American= coffee, fried egg, toast and chocolate cereals with milk for kids. No cheese, ham, yougurt, muesli etc. that is usually available also in Bangkok. For vegetarian there was salad leaves and cherry tomatoes, water melon, papaya, kidney beans and orange juice. Hotel shuttle to the Suvarnabhumi airport at 8 am took 40 minutes in normal traffic, not 20 minutes. It cost 400 baht for 2 person. We ordered and paid the shuttle on a previous day but next morning at 8 am it was not ready as ordered and nobody at the reception knew about it. Luckily, the shuttle bus and a staff member was available and 5 minutes later we had the transportation. We booked the hotel because of the early and diverse breakfast, easy & fast access to the airport in the morning and a quiet suite. Well, it didn't go well. This hotel was a huge dissappointment and I would rate it 3 stars at the most. It did not meet the standards of 4-5 stars on anything.

Claimed to be 5 star on booking.com However, this is closer to a 3 star establishment. I have never not had a porter show me to my room at any establishment 4 star and up regardless of check-in time. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. I am making a direct comparison between Century Park Hotel, which is rated 4 star and and this hotel rated at 5 stars. The value and service at Century Park Hotel by far exceeds that of Crystal Srivaree, The Hotel whilst being new has a long way to go before claiming 5 star and should adjust to 3 star until they have improved.

It’s really far away from the city and also from the airport. You don’t have much to do/see/eat in the area. I guess for a sleepover ok but other than that isn’t worth it

The staff were very helpful and I really appreciated their English, as I do not speak Thai at all. The fresh fruits and vegetables for breakfast were excellent, as was the coffee. The pillows were excellent, which is rare (they are often too high and firm so the spine isn't aligned). The amenities such as fitness center, airport shuttle, and in-room fridge, heat/cooling, TV with HDMI access, bottled water, hot water kettle, and amazingly comfy recliner were all great.

The hotel could do a much better job with cleaning surfaces throughout the hotel--floors, counters, glass doors, tables, etc. The beds were a little hard but that seems to be the norm for Thailand, and the pillows largely made up for it. I didn't find a suitable reading light for the beds, just overhead and dim backlighting. In the restaurant, as a vegetarian I would have appreciated a labeled vegan dish, such as a noodle dish without any eggs or other animal products such as oyster sauce (most of us love noodles!), and/or a better bread than the sliced white. Still, the high quality of the fruits and vegetables and coffee were notable. I wanted to order in some food at dinner time, but Grab Food couldn't find this hotel (though it found their other location just fine). One of those flyers in the room with info on local order-in options would be great.

Kamer was mooi, we hadden de suite. Zeer mooi zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel en heerlijk eten! Taxi door hotel geregeld en was prima op tijd.

New, modern and clean. Rooms were larger than average, beds very comfy.

It was a bit further from the airport than expected or indicated by advertisement on website. But they do have a shuttle that can be arranged if you ask. Also something not mentioned in advertisement of property.

Almost new facility. Good service for getting from and to the airport.

Restaurant was closed. We could order and eat the food in the cafetaria.

Cleanliness, staff were really nice and supportive.

La habitación estaba sucia. Pedimos un cambio y la otra estaba sucia igual. La recepcionista que sudaba como un pollo se puso a limpiar la habitación. Todo muy surrealista. El calor que hace en el hotel en general es insoportable. Hay hormigas en el desayuno al lado del café y demás. No merece la pena este hotel por lo que vale.

Early checking in granted. New kind of hotel. Very minimal foot traffic, I haven't seen many people there. Closer to the airport. A Good size bathroom. For one night Just ok.

Not closer to the public transport. There was a telephone in the room, but no numbers given to call room service, the reception or restaurant for any kind of assistance.

New hotel and very helpful staff

Food , room , amineties , strabuck is available In the hotel,and only 15 minutes away from The airport . And very polite staff. Highly recommended to all the tourist .

There was language problem. Should have English speaking staff for non Thai tourists.
