I wish I could give this hotel more than 10. We stayed here the night before flying home with 4 kids. We had a 1am flight so needed somewhere to keep everyone occupied. The place looks like a fairy tale village, it’s stunning. The rooms are massive, really fancy, and so unique. The staff were amazing - from welcome massages to taking you to 7/11 whenever you wanted nothing was a problem at all. We checked out at 12 and spent the day by the pool with the kids, such a good choice as there’s everything you need.

Brilliant location- so close to airport. Room (pool suite) was exceptionally spacious. Great view over pond from lounge area and outdoor lounges/pool. Unbelievable service. The staff here went over and above. Breakfast is varied and they cater to individual needs. Being close to the airport the planes fly overhead. This is not a issue inside due to soundproofing and gives incredible plane spotting from outdoor lounges and pool.
The Booking.com information misrepresented this property. Payment was easy (cash or credit card options) despite Booking.com stating it was "Cash Only". Breakfast was included in room rate - Booking.com doesn't mention this.

Staff where very helpful
It’s is a huge property that is old and tired and cluttered with statues, painting and other stuff. It is mostly deserted very few people around.
Breakfast was terrible.
