Alghero is wonderful but when you have a host who is that kind and responding to every question quickly - this makes the vacation perfect. Nico is so helpful. The tripple room is enough - we were there with our daughter who is 21. TV and fridge are in the room, own bathroom. Common room for the breakfast with croissant, yoghurt and some nice biscuits. Coffee capsules also available with the breakfast or tea (but if you buy your own Nescafé dolce gusto capsules you can make coffee whenever you wish). There are mats, sun chairs and umbrellas at disposal for the guests for the entire vacation. The common room has a nice balcony with two tables for the guests from the two rooms. Smoking there is allowed. Cleaning of the room is every day, sheets are changed every 3 days - just great! There is a washing line for the clothes to dry fast. The building is safe and has a small locked garden - if you rent bikes there is a place they can be stored. The bus stop from/for the airport is nearby. The beach bus stop for the many beaches (Maria Pia, Lazarett, La Bombarde, Mugoni, etc.) is also 2-3 minutes away from the property. The old town is 1 km away - very nice walk, with beautiful alleys right next to the sea. The town beach is 3 minutes away - but it is not so nice as the other beaches. There are also cafes and restaurants nearby. Supermarket is about 500 m away. Boats start from the port and can take you for a nice trip around the bay and the Neptune cave + snorkelling. If you have a problem/question - Nico responds every time. I warmly recommend everything - the host, the room, the town!

EXCELENTE! Desde una muy buena ubicación, a un trato y limpieza perfectos. Las instalaciones del alojamiento no pueden ser mejores, la cama muy comoda y ademas el anfitrión te deja esterillas y sillas para llevar a la playa. Lo recomiendo muchisimo. Muchas gracias

La vicinanza al lungomare e al centro storico
Colazione minima, le chiavi appartamento devono essere piu' semplici, water e lavandino troppo attaccati uno all'altro.
