The location is perfect! It is right in the center of Yerevan but at the same time the room is quiet and you could
Sleep with your window open to get some fresh air.
Close to all the central spots in Yerevan and right in front of a beautiful park with lots of cafes and kid facilities.
The host is very helpful and offered to help with whatever was needed. We decided to extend for an extra night because we were super happy with our stay.
The breakfast could be better but there are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

The staff were absolutely wonderful, very kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
The hotel itself was also clean and comfortable.
I was quite disappointed with the breakfast. Honestly, I could barely eat anything. The coffee was not good, and even the tea was below expectations. Improving the breakfast quality would make the experience much better.

The location was good, walking distance to the city Center, very accessible for taxis. The staff were nice and friendly.
First of all, the room did not look like anything we had seen on the photos on this platform. But we did not mind that much because we just wanted a place to rest after a long flight. The first impression of the room was clean, but it all started to surface with time. The floor was not vacuumed properly, the bedsheets smelled like smoke and the bathroom had a strong smoke smell as well. If you’re sensitive to smoke and high cleanliness standards this is something to be wary of.
