The location
The staff

I like the staff were friendly
1) I didn't like the trash can in the toilet as it was open.
2) I didn't like that there where no water bottles in the room.
3) I didn't like that the towels where little dirty.
4) I didn't like the fact that when I was arriving late at night e.g. 3 or 4 o clock in the morning the staff where sleeping and the front door was closed and I have to call the hotel and they where sleeping I had to call them multiple times to wake them up.( on the description it said that there is staff 24hours a day). The customers could have a key for the front door of the hotel in order to be able to enter into the building.
