All things considered we had a lovely stay

Hospitality was excellent . We ordered local cuisine both days ,it was excellent hot food which was served quickly and efficiently . Staff is friendly and helpful . location is beautiful and quiet with only the bird sound and the sound of river flowing nearby . It was really peaceful and quiet

Property is not friendly for older people and people with disabilities as there are multiple levels and rough hewn steps which can't be navigated by wheelchairs . I think this fact should be mentioned on their page Hotel is tad expensive for the facilities and amenities provided

Exceptional, Superb Location

Loved the breakfast, the serenity around the corner, the breeze & calming sound flowing through the river, the spectacular view, and everything.

Peaceful stay outside Rishikesh

The surroundings were very lovely with forest all around and Ganges view

Amount of steps which is a problem for senior citizens and there is no ramp facility.

the staff was helpful and courteous

the location was not as good as it used to be earlier and neither was the design aesthetic. the food was also very average

It could be a better stay if river would have been nearby

Property is nice.. the only problem is river is not nearby… the pics they are showing and saying it’s 100 meter away.. it’s not true.. u would hv to go down from the mountain to reach river and then again climb the mountain to reach your room. Which is actually very difficult

I’d probably stay again because of its solitude.

Location, very peaceful; and staff, very polite and helpful.

Limited, repetitive food menu. Thankfully, I am fit; if not, the climb down to the river and back would be very difficult.

Peaceful stay with amazing hospitality

Neemrana GlassHouse is one of the top location nestled outside chaotic Tapovan. They have a private beach but one has to do a steep trek to go there The food & service was top notch & really loved it. special thanks to Mr Rana the manager at the reception desk for helping us with all the arrangements which were asked for

Lovely place to stay away from busy Rishikesh. Very peaceful.

The position of the hotel 🏨 s lovely right above the Ganges. The rooms were very comfortable, clean & spacious with nice bathroom & free water tea & coffee. The staff were lovely especially in the dining room. The food was good. Great breakfast & high tea included.

It was in the pricey side.

Good stay but will not repeat

Breakfast is at best at par with what you would expect for a high end resort. Nothing to complain about but nothing out of the world as well.

The resort is in middle of nowhere. So either you are on a romantic getaway or you are with a large group of friends. There are no planned activities in the resort. The trek to the river is quite steep

the staff were amazing. the walk to the Ganges shoreline was an energetic hike down through the jungle on a path.

tired. dated. old. everything was and felt a little grungy like a property that had not been maintained through covid lockdown.

excellent with nature, wonderful relaxing experience - May say lyrics of family solitude

it’s a new property not that one glasshouse, it’s developing but food, staff and hygiene wise excellent. wonderful place for relaxing …

no activity zone or arrangement for kids - needs to develop that in due course, since it’s a new shifted property so it can be discounted as of now

Beautifully maintained and very efficient staff.

The staff is wonderful. they are efficient, clean and very very sweet. right from the time we checked in the reception staff Anil was very efficient. the check in didn’t take long and they gave us excellent rooms. if you want the view of the Ganga you shld stay in 205 and 206. it has a beautiful view. the restaurant staff Pankaj, Bhimsingh Negi, Sachin, Devendar were just superb. they made sure we had everything we wanted. the food is very good. the Ala carte is better. buffet is sufficient. they have high tea and they have very good oat biscuits. the food menu is limited but frankly it’s enough. the housekeeping staff is Also very good. the staff is very well trained. it drizzled on one of the days and they have kept umbrellas outside our rooms even before we could ask for it. I would definitely come back. and yes the river bed is a must visit. please use the hotel services for rafting. they are attached to a company called Himalayan river runners and they are really good, safe and efficient. please ask for Shivam when u book it. if it’s your first time he’s the person you shld go with.

this property is not for senior citizens. too manysteps and uneven ground. this property is also not the original glasshouse but it’s very well maintained and very very pretty. it’s rustic compared to the earlier one. they can add better heaters, what we had was also sufficient but they can use some more modern stuff.
