The rooms are spacious, service is great, it’s truly a 5 ⭐️ hotel.
The listing was incorrect. The suite I booked said a key feature of the suite was the private pool which is why I booked it. When I arrived, there was only one pool shared with all rooms on the property. They were very accommodating and have me a free cancellation for the remaining 2 nights.
The property grounds are very small as the building takes up most of it. So except if you’re having a meal or in the pool, you would probably be in your room.
There is literally nothing to do there.

We enjoyed a delightful stay at Kinwani house. Our first floor suite was spacious and comfortable with every comfort we expected in a style apposite to the house's own art deco chic, a fantastic view down to the garden full of flowers and birds and on to Rishikesh. The extensive menu, delicious food and choice of where to dine (we mostly chose the lawn) made every meal a pleasure. Kinwani house is a wonderful place to relax, whether that is exploring the local area, using the pool and yoga facilities or simply breathing in the mountain air on one of the terraces. The small size means you feel quite at home, even if you're the only guests. Gopal and his team provided seamless but inobstrusive service. We would love to return.
