The best thing about this apartment was the location for the price. You are two roads away from the beach itself and a short walk away from the centre of Los Cristianos. Yes, there is some street noise, but the view over the ocean makes up for it; however, if you are looking for a super quiet, peaceful stay then somewhere like Palm Mar would be better! If you've got kids who love to go to the beach every day, this is ideal. Although there is no a/c, really good fans were provided. Having the washing machine was great, and it was nice that both towels and beach towels were provided. The communal pool was very nice and basically the same depth at both ends - we sometimes got it to ourselves but it was busier by mid afternoon. Communication with the host company and the key delivery person was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment for those wanting somewhere reasonably priced and close to all that Los Cristianos has to offer.
The set up shown in the pictures of the balcony with seat cushions and wooden-handled cutlery is inaccurate, as neither fancy cutlery nor the seat cushions were to be found! There was an odd mixture of cutlery and crockery, only one wine glass (which I found at the top of a cupboard on the last day by standing on a chair), and two teaspoons. For the price, you don't expect perfection, but it would be nice if the basics were definitely provided - I had to buy a pizza tray to use the oven. We were only able to access YouTube in English on the TV, but maybe that was our misunderstanding... our language skills aren't good enough to watch regular Spanish TV!

Great view, very close to the beach & lots of nice restaurants. Beach towels & a beach brolly a great touch. Good communications with owner.
Everything good, though instructions on the pool entry & how to get in & out of the car park would have been useful.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Strand. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus ist super. Der Lift ist hilfreich mit schweren Gepäck oder wann man nicht mehr gut läuft. Es hat Parkplätze hinter dem Haus.
Die Unterkunft ist stark abgenutzt und alles war schmudellig. Beim anlassen des Toasters ist Rauch aufgestiegen, da noch verbrannter Käse auf den Heizschlangen lag. Eine Bettdecke hatte rote Flecken, da wollen wir nicht mehr wissen. Im Bad stinkt es nach Mider/Schimmel; ihre Lösung: eine grosse Dose Raumspray. Alle Holztablar im Badezimmer sind aufgequollen, da es immer feucht ist ohne Abzug oder Fenster. Die Taste für die Toilettenspühlung fehlt gänzlich. Ein Stuhl auf dem Balkon ist gebrochen. Die Kommunikation ist speziell: seit 3 Monaten fragte ich immer wieder ob wir bereits am Morgen die Wohnung beziehen können oder ob wir min. unser Gepäck lagern könnten, da wir früher eintreffen. Ich erhielt erst ca 24h virher eine Antwort.
