It’s location is so good for me since it’s in the heart of al hamra st. And the room is clean with good maintenance , tle restaurant and cafe is clean with different options for meals
Breakfast fast is delicious especially with labanease foods and drinks
Pool also good

The rooms and the hotel itself
The staff are so unfriendly and not communicating
I ask the reception for house keeping they come an hour later
Someone left me money at the front desk and they kept saying nobody left you anything for 2 days until I called the person who left the money to come to the hotel so we can see who he left the money with, at this moment they said yeah there is money for you
The toilets smelled so bad all my stay and I kept asking for house keeping or someone to fix it
They only came with air freshener and in 5 minutes the bad smell was back again
