It was clean and the communication was exceptional with the management company

There wasn't any hand soap or kpods ad mentioned in the information message sent after I booked but everything else was perfect

Great value for money!

Close to the river and a bus stop with direct links into town. Very quiet location.

The first time we stayed there there were certain things missing, like hand soap and toilet paper, which was a bit annoying to have to buy ourselves for just a few days. But we stayed in the same flat again later and then it was provided.

The smell throughout the builing and inclusive of the room was just terrible in the evenings. Clear sewage issue.

Superb

Excellent location, quick 5 minute drive to downtown ottawa from the hotel. Right by the water and a nice restaurant.

The bed in the master bedroom was hard as rock. The second bed was a lot more comfortable

If it’s smells bad, it may be the shower curtain

Cooking equipment allowed us to cook some meals.

The bad odour was due to the shower curtain, but they claimed it was something about the city sewage and they couldn’t do anything about. They have provided a diffuser with a nice odour to mask the bad one. However, once we removed the shower curtain and placed it in a jar, the bad odour dissipated. I wrote a note to the staff to that effect and suggested replacing the shower curtain, but I did not receive any reply back. In addition, the AC was way too strong and the temperature was too cold. We had no way to control it, beside closing the vents, which were still leaking too much cold air.

Clean nice decor Friendly staff

1-Very thin walls u can hear everything if someone is in the bathroom (flush,water,shower,etc!!!) And a very loud voices that can get you up in middle of the night 2- one of the rooms doesn’t have closet I stored my clothes in my own bag and it was not easy the room is so small 3- the ventilation in the kitchen does not work if you cooked eggs the whole building will smell
