Since it is on the 5th floor, it is quieter and the air is cleaner. The accommodation is perfectly located; the Vatican Museum is just across the street (a 6-minute walk to the entrance). St. Peter's Square is only a 7-minute walk away, and the Ottaviano metro station is just 5 minutes. The place was clean, and the hot plate, fridge, and everything else worked well. I really liked that every room had its own private bathroom.
I've sent 4 or 5 messages via the Booking app and mobile text message, but they never replied. Even on the phone, the staff wasn't available. Although it was quite frustrating, everything turned out OK.

"Large, airy, very clean: the photos don't do it justice! The balcony was lovely for a morning coffee. We stayed in August with temperatures in the 30s and the aircon was extremely effective. Three TVs..."
