Nice view, poor maintenance and bad smell

View was nice, second line of apartments from the sea. Large terasse with a view to the sea and the pool. Baby cot was offered on arrival & amenities & toy for the dog. Pool was mainly ours except for the weekends. Found very clean, in spite of being an old apartment. Lots of amenities in the kitchen. Fast response from the host regarding the maintenance.

Old apartment with very poor maintenance - lots of patches instead of proper investment in the property: found the washing machine broken (fixed the 2nd day), sink was leaking until it could not be used anymore (quick maintenance after informing), one bathroom had 2 lights broken (one was fixed and lasted for 30 minutes only), walls found scratched, with some wholes, bathroom doors were covered poorly with a placard that was broken. Dishwasher was not cleaning properly at all (a part was also broken). Sewage smell coming from the Air conditioning and the same smell around the area outside aprox 1.5km radius. Windows shutters very difficult to close. Quite sad for spending 3 weeks there…next time I’ll try to be better informed.

Nice place and apartment, but guests should be careful, because there are hidden costs applied

Perfect fully equipped apartment with sea view terrace and nice location.

cleaning fee 35 euros was charged from my account, but there was not any info in booking.com regarding this extra fee. Normally all taxes and charges are included in apartment cost, but not in this case. If I knew about this fee - I would have booked another apartment, because there are many similar apartments without hidden costs and for very similar prices in this region.

Bien, pero...

La ubicación, con unas vistas maravillosas y la piscina de la urbanización.

El apartamento tenía falta de mantenimiento en general, las persianas costaba mucho subir y bajar, menaje de la casa algo escaso, las mamparas de las duchas iban mal, etc. Y lo peor la invasión de mosquitos que había en la zona.

La amplia terraza con vistas al mar, equipada para desayunar, comer o cenar. El apartamento disponía de sillas de playa. Cocina bien equipada. Dos habitaciones con dos baños ¡es un plus!

La amplia terraza con vistas al mar, equipada para desayunar, comer o cenar. El apartamento disponía de sillas de playa. Cocina bien equipada. Dos habitaciones con dos baños ¡es un plus!

La vajilla no estaba limpia y el lavavajillas no tiene la tapa que retiene el jabón, por lo que no limpia correctamente
