Great location - very central. Responsive over messages. Good shower and kitchen facilities.

The room was nice and clean. I got a room with a balcony which brought some fresh air over the night in such hot days. The place has a kitchen, shower and toilet all clean. The check in was contact less. I found it difficult in the beginning to enter the apartment as the code buttons are on the handle itself, and not on device as I thought. However, I called their number and the girl who answered my phone helped me and was so kind, even that I was a bit stressed due to the hot weather and time I spent trying to enter, so I would like to thank her here although I do not know her name. In general I recommend the place and would definitely come back whenever in Warsaw
The only thing, I wanted to leave my luggage inside until the check in time, but they refused. And I had to mive with it for 4 hours under the strong sun. I know this is the policy of the place, but it would have been very helpful to leave the luggage anywhere inside not inside the room neccessirly

The location was very good, next to the central train station and close to the attractions. There were restaurants and bars nearby. The old town was about a 30-minute walk away. The room was clean, and the kitchen provided tea and coffee.
Unfortunately, the apartment and rooms were quite small, so noise carried easily. I also didn’t like that the toilet had no sink, which meant washing hands in the bathroom. I had very noisy roommates, which made it difficult to sleep (wearing ears block)as I was woken up frequently. I don’t think I would stay again due to the sleep issues, although it may have just been bad luck.
