The grounds were clean and it was very scenic, it was lovely to have the labels on the trees. The trail was safe and provided an extra hidden adventure for the quiet days. The Pool was clean and the area around was comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful especially with helping us get taxis as it is rather far out from town. The grounds man friendly and picked us fruit with out hesitation. The towels were lovely and fluffy. The cleaner alway smiling and helpful. We liked it.
The property was fine. The only thing that could be addressed would be having some Bar snacks for sale; nuts, crisps mints as there are very limited shops in the area and to ensure that there’s always Water that can be bought on site one day there was no bought water available. possibly a more varied menu; possibly offering some rice, small boxed cereal , fruit that’s not over ripe, real butter. In addition, leaving an extra toilet roll for people that are staying for longer than three days we were given half a toilet roll and had to ask for another one which wasn’t a problem because there was a Cleaner around. Our top sheet was torn so maybe a little extra check there. One last thing possibly spray the rooms with bug spray as there were quite a few even under the netting. These are just observations and not complaints we had a good stay.

The setting is stunningly beautiful, the infinity pool was a nice relaxing place from which to enjoy the gorgeous views over the water.
There are a few bits and pieces around the property that need maintenance, eg, one of the pool umbrellas and the signs around the garden walk.

The location was beautiful, quiet and private. We loved the wrap around deck. The house was very clean.
Inadequate and poorly maintained facilities and amenities in the house, such as only paper towels in the kitchen to dry dishes, not enough amenities in the kitchen to make cooking meals realistic, burned out light bulbs, a safe that needed battery replaced before it could be used. The restaurant food was good but lacked variety. Was hoping for more fresh produce. Ran out of teapots and coffee carafes. Only instant coffee available some mornings and a 3 in 1 package mixture (coffee, dried cream and sugar). Staff seemed indifferent. Several accounting mistakes and a surprise charge on my visa with no explanation when I returned home. Manager replied to my queries after I reached out. He was courteous and friendly. The setting was lovely but be aware that not many sights can be reached with less than an hour drive on narrow, curving roads with motorists passing at speed.
