Located in Estero Island, this attractive condo for $165 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This delightful condo is back after Hurricane Ian.. Most common area restorations and updates have been compleled at the complex, a few still in progress. My condo is in perfect condition awaiting your arrival. . Restaurants in the area are continuing to open, And those whose inside dining is not open yet to inside dining have created enlarged outside dining . It is recommended you do where water sandals when walking the beach. Full beach rejuvenation scheduled for March-April 2024. Please be aware dining and shopping will be limited this year along the beach. You will absolutely love it here at Estero Beach & Tennis Club in this luxurious, direct beachfront studio condo. Building C, on 7th floor provides an expansive direct view of the Gulf. Peaceful, quiet area allows listening to the waves roll in. Gulf breezes keep you delightfully cool while enjoying the beach under your umbrella. Designed and meticulously maintained with high end finishes, including walk in shower with pebble floor & glass doors, kitchen has lots of cabinet space, full size stainless appliances (including a dishwasher) and granite countertop. Kitchen fully stocked with most cookware-appliances you may need should you decide to cook. This is a direct gulf-beach view ... not a side view. Sit just about anywhere in condo and watch the waves roll in and the dolphins swim by. Not to mention the fabulous sunsets! Located at the south end of the island with water all around. Direct access to the 7 miles of Fort Myers beach gleaming white sands and the gulf. Condo complex has heated swimming pool with gulf views and lounge area area Energetic? Try the tennis or pickleball courts. Close to Publix grocery, CVS pharmacy across the street. King bed and twin sleeper sofa, 48" TV rotates for living and bedroom viewing, in-unit secure Wifi, private balcony to watch the sunrise and set over the Gulf of Mexico. Building has 2 elevators so no waiting, laundry in lobby, BBQ grill off lobby area with beachside tables. There is a beach umbrella and several chairs and beach cart provided for your convenience. Truly only a few steps to the almost private beach! Condo is in Building C, for those regulars here. Check out all the pictures and let me know if you have questions. The area is still under reconstruction post hurricane but this room is great! The view and access to the beach are the best. The room is well stocked with anything we needed! The owner was very good to work with and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay there at the unit. We did not realize it was a studio unit without a separate bedroom until we looked closer at the photos until a few days before our stay and that did cause some issues since I typically get up a few hours before my wife and with a studio there is nowhere to go but outside. However, the units are very spacious and the layout is great. We really enjoyed the direct gulf view and on multiple occasions during the week we watched dolphins close to the beach from the balcony. The unit is very well maintained, the furniture and bed very comfortable. We wound up eating all of our meals there in the unit and every kitchen item we needed was provided. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo has been beautifully renovated and has everything you need. Very nicely decorated. The view of the Gulf and the sunsets from the balcony are superb. The unit was very clean and the owner communication was excellent. The area is still recovering from Hurricane Ian but there is a Publix a short drive away and a CVS within walking distance. We would stay here again.

I feel that this property may have ruined us for any future rental anywhere else.
This experience, property, owner, cleanliness, location and so many other things that I cannot even think of at the moment, were absolutely perfect.
From the meticulously cleaned, spacious studio apartment to the little chocolates waiting for us, every need we could have was met.
The owner was so responsive, kind and accessible.
My husband and I feel truly blessed to have had this experience, especially during what could have been a stressful first week at a new job, in a new location.
Thank you Joan for making our stay comfortable, beautiful and complete.

Best location away from Times Square
This is the second time we stayed here. The view from the balcony and sunsets alone keep us returning, plus the convenience of all the restaurants across the street and Publix nearby.

Especially it’s just you and your significant other.

Beautiful view of the gulf
We enjoy the week in this clean condo with an amazing view of the gulf. Their are many good restaurants within walking distance. We used the trolley to visit the pier area of Fort Myers Beach. We watched the dolphins and sunsets from the balcony. Walked the beach every morning and evening. This condo offered everything we needed for a relaxing get away. Thanks!
