Friendly hotel with nice pool and view

Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. Delicious breakfast, with good variety. Clean, warm, good size pool with nice view. Free transfer to Patong 3 times a day, always available. Thank you for a great holiday.

Beautiful property situated on the hillside overlooking Patong. Facilities are really well maintained. Staff is friendly, professional and well trained. Rooms are beautifully decorated. Wrap around pool add to the splendour of the property.

No Entertainment and bar facilities at the pool area.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything. The whole night someone was snoring and we couldn’t sleep

Very confirmable and stylish stay.

A gorgeous hotel, tastefully decorated with beautiful views. The pool area is stunning. Friendly staff, basic breakfast but did the job. Very comfortable and spacious room.

Walls are not at all sound proof so you may be kept up at night by you neighbours. More vegan options for breakfast would be great.

السرير اذا تحركت يطلع صوت مزعج مره و الباعوض بالغرفه ولقينا عنكبوت كبير بالغرفه و ايضا بعيد عن الفعاليات والمطاعم و البقالات ما تقدر تنزل لها مشي تحتاج سياره لانه في مكان مرتفع تكلف تقريبا 30 ريال للمشوار الواحد. الفطور جيد بس ماهو متنوع

Bad

It’s a motel, not hotel

The staff are Really bad specially at the reception, they make you feel that you are in charity , not like am paying, I stayed for one week “just because it’s non refundable” , even when I asked for extra blankets they keep asking what’s the reason , and why you’re cold, they told me to close the AC! ,,when my friend came they hold the Luggage by their hand , like am stealing, and even when I asked for late checkout they charge me , although it’s one more 2 hours and I booked 1 week already , please make the customer satisfaction is your priority, we are paying money for you nothing is for free , it’s a very very bad experience I don’t wish anyone to face them.

מיקום גרוע, יוצאים לכביש סואן שבקושי אפשר לחצות, אין מעברי חצייה או מדרכות. צריך מונית לכל מקום. אין כלום בקרבת המלון חוץ ממסעדה אחת ממול.

Absolutely stunning hotel, lovely staff

The whole place is beautiful, the staff are lovely and the room is very comfortable and nice, we also enjoyed the pool and breakfast!

It was located a bit out of the way, couldn’t really walk anywhere due to where it’s located so we mostly used taxis. There wasn’t great sound proofing on the rooms we could hear our neighbors quite clearly, not at the fault of the hotel but we did get woken up at 6am by our neighbors one morning.

Basically everything was amazing, the food, room and pool.

The location is not close to Patong by walking. many taxis needed. The bottle has shuttle twice a day @ 10am and 2pm. But it’s not enough.

Relaxing stay, beautiful rooms.

A lovely place to stay for a few nights. Staff were attentive. The pool was lovely and not too many people. The hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Our room was gorgeous.

The breakfast coffee and croissants could have been better/ fresher, but this was a small thing!

5-star hotel, seemed like its manager was on a long holiday, leaving the hotel without supervision

Either entire hotel, or the rooms were designed according to a colonial style. everything looks stylish, each decoration match to each other. Swimmingpool temps to use it.

No separate bar area, everything was placed nearby a reception desk, restaurant is closed during a day- only orders delivered to rooms are allowed. hotel seems to be not taken care of, I had also some objections to cleaning service.

Hotel looks nice overall if you book the room With acces to your own pool. It is very far away from patong and a decent beach, no walking distance as they mention. the breakfast is very poor and they don t speak very well english. It is a new hotel but nu 5* at all.

Beautiful, small property (just like the pictures). Nice staff. Beautiful pool. Nice food at the restaurant.

A bit distant from patong (most tuk tuks refuse to transport because it’s up the hill). Breakfast can be improved. The deposit checking in is a bit expensive (3000BHT)

A nice hotel that suffers from start up problems

The hotel is pretty new and as such there are a lot of small problems like bottlenecks at the breakfast room due to only one (and very slow) coffee machine, only one small toaster. The supply of fresh vegetables and fruits was slow and most of the time the plates in the refrigerator were empty. The rooms at the back suffer from a lot of noise from the kitchen and employee parking

for what I paid it’s passable. the location is quite remote and a taxi daily can be quite expensive. Also, if not walkab

The decor were actually nice, and the bedroom was very spacious. also the view from the balcony was lovely

unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. the towel despite were changed daily, didn’t smell fresh. the room wasn’t clean properly, mould in the shower and holes in the bedsheets. Room service available only until 8pm. if you get up early, before 6am, there is no one at the reception.
