I really appreciate the boy who comes off owner reception. Sorry, I forgot his name, but he is very nice and very warmly. Welcome for us. But one thing is very bad. When we are checking out. One girl is on reception who calls and behave like very badly and never listen single word of us. I ask her. I requested to that guy who welcome as because for our check-in very late night about 3 AM, and we stay two nights in Hyatt at the time of checkout one girl who is on reception. She behave like very rudely. I felt that she gave us some charity like so I really dislike that girl. I asked her so many times, sorry we are late, but she never ever want to listen us at last shouted at her. Please listen me then she listen. Everything is good but only the behaviour of that girl on reception at the day when we get out, she is not up to for that property. That’s my request to you. Please think about it. Thank you.

The staff were lovely, the hotel itself was quite old and rundown, clean, but I do feel like the Hyatt could renovate this hotel. And should.
There’s nothing I didn’t like, I just do feel like the rooms need to be renovated & the hotel needs to be renovated.
