Rich is a wonderful host and the place was perfect. Steps away from Commercial Street and a short walk to the Ferry. This is place and a host I higly recommend. Couldn't be more pleased.

Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s bigger and cuter in real life. Very comfortable for two people. Has everything you need. In a great location that’s quiet but close enough to all the action.

We had a wonderful time staying in Provincetown. Rich was great to work with. The Condo was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect. It was just a short walk to the center of Provincetown. Having a parking spot was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Rich’s place is cute & comfortable with lots of light. Loved waking up to the sun pouring in the bedroom window (fyi: there are blinds & curtains for those who need a darkened room)! Large well-designed bathroom. Very clean unit. Washer-dryer access was a plus. Would def stay here again!

Our trip to P’Town this year was our cancelled trip from 2020 due to covid shutdown. It was worth waiting for as we absolutely loved our time in Provincetown and Rich’s condo. It was minutes from town and restaurants, and the condo had all we needed. It was also quiet so we slept well. Rich was very communicative and very available. The bonus for us was having to ability to use the shared washer/dryer. All in all, I can’t say enough about our stay. We highly recommend this unit and Provincetown was a gem of a town! Thank you Rich!

All the comforts needed for a great stay. The unit was very clean and exactly as described in the pictures. It was centrally located to all of the Ptown fun. Rich was a great host. He was very communicative , responsive and proactively checked in with me.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property. My husband and I just returned from a 5 day stay and would not hesitate to book here again. The property was an easy walk to Commercial street, but the property itself was located on a quiet street overlooking a peaceful back yard. The unit was perfect for 2 people and stocked with everything one may need during their stay. Rich was attentive and communicative during our time there. If you book this unit you will not be disappointed!

This is a remarkable, beautiful, and fantastic property. The owner put a lot of thought and effort (appliances, furnishings, fixtures, etc.) into making this a place that you want to be in. The location is great too. The property is a short walk to Commercial St. and ideally located. My wife and I like walking or biking so we were happy to park the car for a week and get around under our own power. Did I mention the location is fantastic? It is. Great place to stay. Hope to get a chance to return someday.

This apartment is in a wonderful location, just blocks from the center of town. No detail was overlooked to make us as comfortable during our return trip to this property as enjoyable as our first stay was. The kitchen is well stocked with spices, oils, coffee, tea and more. The bathroom as well in case anything from home was forgotten. High quality furnishings, wifi and cable services for a rainy day (we visited during the winter on this trip) just added to our enjoyment. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Provincetown.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment close to everything! We were a short walk from the Ferry, the Pilgrim Monument, Cemetary, Commerical Street, breweries, restaurants, shops, bike rental, and more! And it was on a quiet street with a semi-private outdoor space where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Rich was also so attentive and welcoming and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

We had a great stay at this property. It was the perfect location, walking distance to the center of town but far removed enough that you were not in the middle of all the noise and late night shenanigans. Rich was wonderful and accommodating. I highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic trip to PTown and Rich’s place was the perfect home away from home. Location is phenomenal…within easy walking distance to everything! The condo looks exactly as pictured. We loved having coffee on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space. Rich made sure we had everything we needed and was an amazing host. We will definitely be back and will definitely stay here again!

My partner and I had such a nice stay! It was clean, so close to commercial street, and the downstairs neighbors were lovely. It was the perfect getaway and Rich was so accommodating and responsive! Can’t wait to come back!
