The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They were always helpful and the atmosphere was always very relaxing.
It was often hard to get hold of someone to help, but when you got them, they did everything they could and more.

La proprietaria dell’albergo è stata adorabile, gentile, disponibile, accogliente. Una mattina ha addirittura portato dei dolcetti apposta per noi perché aveva visto che a colazione mangiavamo solo pane e marmellata. Ci ha fatti sentire davvero a casa, ed era evidente che non lo faceva solo per dovere ma è lei che è una persona dolce di natura. Il personale è gentile e amichevole tutto. La struttura è pulita, le camere sono spaziose e vengono pulite tutti i giorni e viene fornito tutto l’occorrente per la toilette. La posizione è comoda se si dispone di un mezzo (in città c’è una vasta disponibilità di Motorbike in affitto, a circa 8 minuti di taxi o tuc tuc), forse un po’ meno se si decide di spostarsi a piedi, ma noi consigliamo di affittare un mezzo, le strade non sono troppo trafficate e in moto è possibile visitare tutti i siti di maggior interesse per conto proprio). Insomma, se dovessimo tornare a Chiang Rai torneremo sicuramente in questo albergo.
