Beautiful home, just a couple of stains on the carpet but aside from that we had a great time! Would most definitely recommend this property and would rerent in the future.

Overall home was great. The highlight was the themed loft and kids bedrooms, big winner with them. Few minor issues, nothing worth mentioning since I didn't have enough time in the house to really use all the amenities at the home. Was too cold on my trip to take advantage of the pool area. One MAJOR NEGATIVE was the unwanted wake up call everyday at 7am from construction across the street. Wish I would of been advised of that prior to checking in.

The house was clean however, it needs updating and you can tell it is a rental and starting to show signs of such. Carpet needs to be cleaned, finger prints on the wall, etc. When we arrived the hot water did not work so we had to call and wait for it to be repaired and the last guest had lowered the hot water temp so it had to be adjusted. The company did arrive within 30 mins to repair it but we did have plans that were delayed. The hot water throughout the trip too a long time to heat up each time the hot water was turned on which was a pain. The sliding doors had an alarm for the pool which is required but the doors need work. Even when they are closed it is hard for the alarm to detect that they were closed and it would sound off. We had to balance the doors which are heavy, each time so the alarm would not continue to sound off and we just stopped going outside because it was hard to get the doors in balance. This should not be the case. When they are closed the alarm should be disabled. Also, there is not a lot of parking, really enough for only two cars so may sure you don't need to bring additional vehicles. Overall, it was clean and my daughter loved the princess room, beds were comfortable and it was clean just needs work. I would not look to stay at this same house in the future as it was just ok.
