Maurizio was the perfect host. The location is excellent, and very easy to access by car. The apartment has everything we needed, including a wonderful breakfast.

The location is amazing, just a few steps to the city wall! The wonderful array of different food available for breakfast. The extremely attentive and helpful owner, who couldn't have been more pleasant and caring. We will definitely visit again!

The location was excellent to explore Sienna’s attractions. A few steps down to the escalator to reach the cathedral, a short walk up the street to the main Piezza and the rear of the town. Everything is close by. Bed was comfortable, room had what we needed. 3 steps up to the bathroom, and three steps up to the shared kitchen and dining area. It was shared, but we didn’t see anyone else while we were there. Maurizio was a great host providing all the information we needed for our visit. Rated lower because of the festival
The BIG negative was when we were there, down the street they held a neighborhood award for winning the horse race in July which was two nights of loud music from 10-2am. It was a private event, and made it impossible to sleep. Very unfortunate timing on our part.
