Location.
The lift is on the first floor. Anyone with mobility or heavy suitcases would have to climb the stairs to the 1st floor.

Location, beautiful rooms, lots of little touches-fresh coffee available, large towels, etc. Pietro was very helpful and accommodating.
Disappointed that Nannini’s didn’t open until 7:30, we were told 7:00 and couldn’t get the included breakfast.

Pietro was very knowledgeable and helpful with our stay. He showed us around and made us feel at home. He gave us tips for places to eat and things to do. The property is amazing! Clean, crisp white mixed with old world charm. Love the nod to the famous Siena horse race! Also enjoyed the neighborhood cheers on Sat night. Siena is a lovely city and staying in the historic center was special. Such a relaxed vibe. The center city is clean, feels safe, and you can tell that the locals look after one another. Perfect for everyone. You’ll love it!

Great location, and cute terrace for everyone’s use
I got given a room under the category I requested, being told that was the only one I could have booked with Booking.com
The bathroom wasn’t clean (limescale on the tap and shower glass etc).
