Situated in Playa Blanca, this lovely villa for $218 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Extensively refurbished and continually updated, Villa Margarita is the perfect villa for your holiday, with a private heated swimming pool, situated in the peaceful, highly desirable Costa Papagayo residential area of Playa Blanca, within walking distance to all amenities. VV licensed the villa is professionally managed with enhanced cleaning based on WHO guidance for your safety. Very light and spacious throughout, the villa is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. Relax in the large living room which has plenty of seating areas, a conservatory overlooking the pool with full room width glass patio doors, and air conditioning. Enjoy swimming in the large private heated swimming pool (7m x4m) and sunbathe on the very private and fabulously spacious newly tiled non slip patio which attracts the sun all day long. Dine al fresco on the terrace under the shade of a large covered pergola with super comfy patio dining furniture, or BBQ on the Canarian BBQ. Beautiful views of the Femes mountains. The pool is heated free of charge between 1 November and 30 April. It can be heated at other times for a small fee. There are three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are en suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The second ensuite bedroom has twin beds and a large walk in shower. The third bedroom has twin beds and a separate bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have comfortable mattresses, black-out curtains and fans to ensure a good night’s sleep. The kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday and there is a separate dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace. There is separate utility room with washer, dryer and dishwasher. Other facilities: Smart TV with all UK, Netflix, Sky, Sports, Films, Children and Music channels, free speedy fibre optic wifi, and air conditioning in the living area. A 20 minute stroll from the Villa along flat pavements brings you to the promenade, and directly onto the beautiful golden sands of Playa Dorada beach where there are water sports, beach bars, bars and restaurants. A further 10 minute stroll along the promenade brings you to the upmarket Marina Rubicon with designer shops, gourmet restaurants, trendy lounge bars, tapas bars, and bars with live music. A market is held every Wednesday and Saturday. A 5-10 minute stroll in the other direction from Playa Dorada beach brings you to the vibrant town and port with its many bars, restaurants and shops. The 10k promenade runs the whole length of the resort and is an easy flat walk. Taxis are always available and cost approx €3.75 from the villa to town or Marina Rubicon. The nearest mini-market and bar is a 7 minute walk away from the villa. There are many things to do in Playa Blanca such as walking, hiking, golf, cycling (cheap cycle hire), swimming, water sports, Aqua Park, snorkelling, scuba diving, the only under-water statue museum in Europe, motor boat, catamaran or sailing boat trips. There are lots of festivals, fiestas and sporting events including Lanzarote Iron Man. There are many places to visit, you can drive or catch a water taxi to the famous beautiful natural Costa Papagayo beaches, walk up the volcano with fantastic views, take a day trip to the stunning Jameos Del Aqua Caves, have lunch in the mountain at Femmes with great views over the resort, or at El Golfo famous for its fish restaurants on the beach, or take a vineyard tour with wine and cheese tastings. The villa is approximately 30 minutes from Arrecife airport. A weekly clean and change of bed linen and towels is provided. Additional cleans and change of bed linen and towels can be arranged at an additional cost. Welcome packs can be provided at an additional cost. 20% deposit (plus owners direct service fee) non refundable initial payment to secure booking, remaining balance due 60 days before check in. If booking is cancelled 60 days or more before check in 100% refund (excluding 20% non refundable booking deposit). If booking is cancelled less than 60 days before check in 50% refund (excluding 20% non refundable booking deposit).

The villa has been refurbished outside and is an amazing modern space to relax next to the pool.
The villa is extremely spacious and well equipped. 3 bathrooms is an absolute treat as we were staying as a couple with our 19 year old so we had a bathroom each!
The only negative we have is that the villa is not in a central location. It’s in a lovely estate but right at the edge of the town so you need to drive everywhere. However we knew this when we booked so it’s just a personal choice if you want to drive or not. We didn’t get taxis but they are obviously available.
Overall it was a lovely villa and the owner was extremely helpful and a pleasure to rent from.
I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great stay in the villa. Communication with Claire was always really quick and she was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had.
The villa is clean and well looked after the photos don’t in my opinion show how much outside space there really is there was a lovely large covered patio area which was very much needed during the high temperatures on the island.
The walk into the main centre for us was our only downside but that is just personal opinion the description is very clear in how long the walk is however with such high temperatures it felt much longer for us! We chose not to hire a car but we did make use of the electric scooters which are dotted around the island and fortunately one of the designated parking place for them is opposite the villa.
I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a comfortable stay on the island a great base to explore from.

Our family had a wonderful time and did not want to leave. Owner was amazing with all details and instructions and people at the villa very organized and professional! They even remembered our celebration and left a bottle of champagne which was so lovely. Attention to detail was second to none. We had everything we needed during our stay and the space around the villa was amazing! The pool was used everyday by us all and as we had it heated the kids were in it all hours! It was also kept very clean by the pool man, well done. Any problems we had were answered straight away and solved without hesitation. We would book again in a heartbeat thankyou so much once again.

The Villa is in a very nice peaceful location and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Some of the decor is a little tired and garden furniture has seen better days, however overall the facilities were fine for our requirements.

The Villa exceeded expectations, cleanliness is a huge thing for me when staying in villas and villa margarita was spotless, communication was excellent and nothing was a problem when I got in touch. The pool was perfect to cool down in as the temperature was very hot while we were there, the kids were more than happy to spend a lot of time in it. All amenities etc were close by and for those journeys that were a little further, there are always scooters parked near by to hop on to get you to your destination that little bit quicker. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone, it’s a perfect little holiday home

Villa Margarita was an absolute joy. Spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Everything you could possibly need for a vacation. Easy 20 minutes walk to the promenade. TV had many UK channels although it could be temperamental at times. Would definitely stay here again.

The villa is located on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. It is surrounded by similar properties and although we could hear others in the neighbouring houses, our stay was peaceful.
We particularly enjoyed the south & west facing terraces when the weather allowed.
We did find the bedrooms to be quite chilly at night, the listed heating (A/C unit) is just in the lounge. Stacy kindly provided a heater for us.
The villa itself was otherwise comfortable and although functional, some of the appliances were a little dated. There was only 1 baking type tray for use as an oven shelf, which made using the oven quite difficult. We weren’t able to use the microwave as it smelt very strongly of fish.
Other than these minor issues I would recommend this villa for a stay in Playa Blanca.

Really lovely villa in a good location. We like to walk into restaurant areas so it was ideal for us. Outside furniture and pool we're brilliant. Plenty of space to eat and sit inside. Good TV. The bed was really comfortable which is a real place when on holiday.

April 2022 PB trip
Just spent 11 nights at Villa Margarita, had a loverly relaxing time. The outside space is great with plenty of seating for sun or shade. We had one day of strange weather of wind rain and sun. This meant being inside for most of the day, but with the Villa being roomy no problem.

Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Villa Margarita. The villa was spotless on arrival and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was great for the children and the view from the patio towards the mountains was spectacular, especially in a morning watching the sunrise. An easy 15/20 minute walk down to the promenade and on to either Playa Blanca centre or the marina and all the restaurants you could want. Playa Dorada was fabulous with plenty of amenities. We love Playa Blanca and will be sure to return.

Great Villa in a perfect location
Had a wonderful 10 day stay at Villa Margarita. The villa was spotless on arrival and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely Villa in a great location
We have had a fantastic time staying in Villa Margarita, all the facilities we needed were provided, even including beach towels. The location is just far enough out of town to be quiet, but within easy walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants, and the sea front. The pool was clean and warm, great for a cooling dip after sunbathing on the patio. We would love to stay there again !

Fantastic villa!
Really beautiful villa, clean, modern and lovely outside space and pool that is in the sunshine all day long! Would highly recommend, my two children (aged 8 & 10) spent most of the time here in the pool when we weren’t out at the local beaches.

Great Villa
This is a lovely villa in a lovely location. All communication with the owner and management company in resort was seamless and always quick and helpful. Villa was spotless and had everything in it that you would need. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Pool was excellent but maybe could have done with a 2nd clean during our stay. However that's a very minor gripe and overall we'd thoroughly recommend. Again with wasn't a problem and we ate out most nights, and felt safer than in the UK.

Absolutely Marvellous!
Villa Margarita is absolutely beautiful. My friends and I went for a week 8 - 15 December and couldn't have asked for a more relaxing holiday. The villa is approximately 30 mins drive from Arrecife airport. Its a little out of town (approx 20 minute walk) in a residential area, but that makes for a very quiet and relaxing break. All communication with the owner was seamless and we had been left very detailed joining instructions and lots of really useful information about the local area, where to eat, things to do, taxi companies etc. The villa was clean and spacious and had everything you could want to make it feel like a home away from home. The outdoor area was particularly lovely, with a BBQ, pool, sun loungers and comfortable dining area. Would thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

This villa is beautiful with loads of space and plenty of bathrooms!
There were 4 of us and a baby on this trip, communication even before the trip with Claire the owner was first class, nothing was too much bother, even managed to organise a cot and high chair for our daughter.
When we arrived we were put in touch with Stacy, the local rep on the ground, Stacy also was always available and helped us out with anything we needed which is a great help.
Pool is heated, outdoor area is big and a bit of a sun trap, we would recommend this villa to all types of holiday makers, it's a 15-20 min walk to town or a 3 euro taxi, taxis are stupidly cheap here.
We will definitely be coming back here!

Family holiday
Lovely villa in a quiet area but it was a bit further to walk to the town than we thought, so we had to use a taxi but to walk to the beach/shop wasn't as far. Lovely friendly restaurants and good food.

Villa Margarita Family stay
We, our children and the grandparents stayed here for 10 days. We all absolutely loved the stunning villa, equipt with pretty much everything you need. The pool was perfect for us and cleaned twice during our stay. We were very impressed with the care and maintenance of the villa.
Only very slight downside for us was the walk into the town with the little ones. But taxis were super and cheap.

Me, husband and 3 children (13, 11 and 8) recently returned from a 2 week stay in this fantastic villa. This villa was perfect for us - the space, facilities and cleanliness were faultless. We spent the majority of our time outside utilising the pool area, and we all enjoyed this space very much. I cannot rate this property highly enough. I also appreciated the great communication with Claire before our arrival. If you book this villa, you won't regret it. This was our first time booking a villa and due to this very positive experience, it won't be our last.

An absolutely perfect property
Villa Margarita is quite simply exquisite and will exceed all of your expectations. The property is situated in a lovely residential area so you are undisturbed, but near enough to the restaurants and bars, so that you really feel the holiday buzz. The Villa is impressive, three good size bedrooms and a large and airy lounge, large glass doors allow access to the pool area, which is fantastic, clean, again large, with a great pool that (when we were there) is kept heated. Around the pool are some great places to relax, recliners, a very comfortable settee area under a shade, way more room that you will ever need, but I suggest you do all your sightseeing before you head for the pool because once you are there you will not want to venture outside!
The owner Claire is very efficient and trustworthy and will do all she can to make your holiday excellent, and on the ground is Stacey, very reliable and knowledgeable who is there for advice and support.
All in all then an absolutely fantastic holiday that cannot be equalled, I would award this six stars if I could and it will come as no surprise that I fully intend to book again for my next holiday.

Well appointed villa in a nice area of Playa Blanca
My family and I had a lovely stay in the Villa Margarita- the villa is very well appointed with an amazing outdoor area and heated swimming pool.
The villa is in a nice area of Playa Blanca - a car would beneficial as the nearest supermarket is a reasonable distance away.
The owner Claire is quick to respond to emails and kindly agreed we could stay an extra hour on our day of departure. Claire also provided us with pool towels at no extra cost.

Wonderful family holiday!
We loved this villa. It is perfectly located, about a 20 minute walk (with little ones) to the beach and about 5 more minutes to Marina Rubicon. Even hiked to Montana Roja from the villa. Clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this villa!

Villa was clean and had everything you could wish for kids loved the WI-FI
Had a fantastic time even though we had strange weather while we were there however Stacey and Adam were on hand to heat the pool for us and answer any questions. Villa is fab and we had the best holiday ever we even enjoyed the 20 min stroll to the promenade. Couldn’t recommend this highly enough hope to go back soon.

Stylish and relaxing villa
We had a lovely relaxing week at Villa Margarita. It is really simply & stylishly decorated with 3 beautiful bathrooms so plenty of room for everyone. Very well designed with huge glass patio doors opening onto the vast outside space. Very quiet location with a 20 min walk to Playa Blanca which is busy and has plenty restaurants, bars and shops. Marina Rubicon is lovely for eating by the water. Great communications with owner-would recommend.

Excellent property great location
Stayed at Villa Margarita for a week in June and couldn't have asked for anything more. Claire the property owner went out of her way to help from the clear and easy instructions to get to the Villa, to some helpful ideas for places to eat and drink and things to see and do. The villa was spotlessly clean, very well maintained and a real home from home. We hired a car which we found helpful but as keen walkers found the location of the Villa ideally placed if we wanted to walk into town or the marina. Playa Blanca is a lovely part of Lanzarote and Villa Margarita is a great base from which to explore it. We're already planning our next trip and this will be our 'go to' place to stay!
