Wonderful place with excellent friendly hosts. Very clean and comfy with an excellent breakfast. If in the area again would stay. Wonderful walk into Newcastle and Gateshead was great too . Was here to watch my daughter play Newcastle at Gateshead International Stadium on the Sunday afternoon too . Lovely weekend had would definitely return

Great location for what we needed it for. Good breakfast each morning, cooked fresh.
Stuart was friendly and helpful with recommending places to eat and visit.
Nice quiet hotel too.
Bedroom had everything we needed. However, the mattresses in our bedroom could do with replacing, especially the single bed, we could feel the springs through it.
Small TV and no toiletries, but you get what you pay for.
