Staff was cooperative, helpful, beds were comfortable, room was clean, tea was free and location is good!
Overall property is good, there is nothing we didnt like, but we will suggest during summer there should be some pedestal fans! Staff has given us small fan that was helpful.

Cheap and cheerful so you know what you're gettinf. Hotel is close to the centre (15 mins walk or a short bus/cab). The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. Shop with some essentials available round the clock with water etc which was useful.
Shower quite pokey / tight to get into as tall person. The rooms weren't cleaned during the stay.
It can be fairly noisy depending on your other guests (bring earplugs). But honestly I've stayed in far worse!

It was a small clean basic room in a good location within walking distance into Newcastle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was very reasonable
No blinds on the windows and curtains very thin.
