The ocean view is amazing.
It’s been a problem with people that work in this industry in Brazil. I’ve found just few good people that really give an attention and hear the guest’s request. Even simple requests.
At the Luzeiros hotel a guy at the front desk was really straight saying no just for a request . My point is , most of employees don’t care about the guests . Just few , very few employees care about and it’s really nice when you find someone that makes you feel comfortable and happy ou of home.
