As instalações estão muito precárias.
A recepção precisa de uma remordenizacao.
A cama de casal muito baixa e nao tão confortável.
O banheiro precisa de .manutenção; a caixa de descarga nao funcionou de forma adequada, o chuveiro nao tem fluxo adequado de água, e as toalhas só no primeiro dia foram boas e depois pareciam "encardidas".
